If you want to fell like you’re “less than” stop by the pharmacy here every time I go in I get such an attitude from girls. They’re so rude. I don’t think they understand customer service at all.! Last time I waited over a month to get my medicine I kept checking on it cause I need it obviously and then come to find out. They had it on hold for some reason they had it there the whole time, but kept telling me that it wasn’t available this is ridiculous and then to get treated like crap on top of it no thanks

Store Manager Bria does a terrific job at this CVS store location. She was very helpful to me and I am sure she is just as kind and professional with any client who goes there.

In a time when every service is to be rushed, today's visit was not. I had an appointment for a vaccine and the team member was attentive, caring, and personable. She made sure not to rush, sat with me for a bit after and made sure I was doing ok as well as ask if I had any questions. Certainly puts you at ease!

This pharmacy is the worst with communication. My child's pediatrician sent in a rx at the beginning of May and have yet to have it filled. I had to call several times. The first time they said the meds were out of stock would take a while before the receive them. I waited for a call as to when they would receive it but no call. I had to call again was told they would have to process the order and would be ready by 2. I drive to the pharmacy at 3:40. Was told it would not be ready for another day! My spouse went to pick up the meds 2 days later (after 8 a.m.) no one was there! I want to transfer all further prescriptions asap. Avoid this pharmacy they do not care about the well being of their customers.

Went to get a Covid test appointment that I set up. Figured out it was the wrong location. the pharmacist acted like I was dumb no empathy or if she could call the other store to ask if they could hold the appointment or that there’s a 10 min cancellation policy. Would’ve saved me 30 mins having to wait on an appointment that was canceled and I still feel like crap on top of that. Would have been nice to have a friendly smile at the bare minimum.

The name is Nitesha and he did not know what he was doing at the register HOLDING US FOR OVER 40 MINUTES calling people not knowing what to do I believe he was Indian and it’s was horrible !!

I've had multiple negative experiences at this pharmacy; their team is completely incompetent and unreliable. They repeatedly made mistakes with my prescriptions and failed to address my concerns when I brought them up. I had to wait for hours, only for them to provide the wrong medication, and when I asked for assistance, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. I will never return to this pharmacy and would not recommend it to anyone.

The pharmacists and staff at this location are fantastic. Please give them a raise!
CVS as a corporation/insurance provider should not exist. For-profit healthcare companies are exploiting people's pain and suffering for a larger number on a spreadsheet. This is unethical and immoral, and CVS as a company should lobby the government for universal healthcare and assist their workers in unionizing.
The people working at this CVS are so nice. They really deserve a living wage!

Avoid using the ATM here! I used it because it was in network for my debit card, but a month later, I started getting fraud alerts that my debit card was being used there again! Thankfully my bank caught it, but don't trust it even though the ATM is supposed to be safe inside the building...

Recently started picking up my prescription from this location. It’s closer to work. First time they said i was not approved for a refill so i went home 30in away had to call my doc, who confirmed it was sent and to “notify the pharmacy to check last date sent, as electric Rx’s hide behind others in their system. And sure enough i go back the next day and it was there the whole time.
Today was my second time picking up. Go right after work.. the lady who helped me last time apologized and said their system is down and said it should ready by 2. So killed 3 hrs, tried to go through drive through thinking it would be quick, after waiting 15 min went in and waited in a 3 person line, and when it is my turn to be helped they ask me to wait some more.. sure “no problem”. Then she says.. oh shoot, my assistant never ordered your prescription. I’m so sorry that you’ll have to come back, but we close at 8.
I’m starting to think switching to this location was not in my best interest. As mentioned i live 30 min away and agreed to the 2 hour wait and gave an extra hour to ensure i get my prescription because i do have a busy schedule after. So in a nutshell i wasted 3 hours of my day because someone didn’t fill the order or maybe the lady who helped me didn’t tell her assistant. I really don’t want to place blame because the lady who helped me this time and last was very nice and helpful, at least it seems, but please try to ensure your communicating to your assistants and please ensure the assistants stay on top of what they are instructed to do.
3 hours is a long time to wait for a prescription and i was very respectful and understanding. I didn’t show frustration or take it out on anyone. I understand sometimes things happen but this is twice now where i’ve wasted hours having Yall as my pharmacy. Please understand that people have busy lives but also need their prescriptions when they make time to get it and are told it will be available at a certain time. Now i have to rearrange or cancel some important things I have to do today, just to drive 30 min there to get it and 30 min back…this has been very inconvenient.
Update: After i was told they didnt place my order, and after writing this review i check my txts (was on do not disturb so first time seeing) and i see that they texted my order was ready at 3:11 pm.. see image. I had been told my order wasn’t placed somewhere in between 3:25and 3:35… so i’m now thoroughly confused. And of course just like the other reviews you’ll always get voicemail and then they call you back atleadt an hour later .

Back and just like mentioned surprisingly 40 min this time lol. But Angelica was super nice and helpful. Had to do a little polite venting to her (not at her). She heard me out and understood. Sometimes thats all it takes. She also confirmed the prescription was there in her hand ready to pick up, so i appreciated that. Still very confused at what happened. But luckily they fixed it and called me back. I’ll bump yall to a 2 star for now only because of Angelica, but its still been overall negative 2 experiences. If the next visit goes well and i’ll bump yall up to 4 and keep you all as my pharmacy. I really hope I can! Thanks

They have cute holiday stuff and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. I ended up getting more things than I expected and my hands were full, and one of the associates offered to get me a cart which was super cool :)

I visited this CVS pharmacy today and was genuinely impressed by the excellent customer service. Tanner greeted me and all the other guests warmly upon arrival. After some time, he approached us to see if we needed help finding anything. At checkout, he continued to shine with his friendly demeanor, engaging in small talk and showcasing a truly customer-focused attitude. Thanks to Tanner’s extraordinary service, I’ve decided to make this my go-to CVS. Outstanding experience!
