I completed the Clinical Medical Assistant program. I was happy with Ms. Emily Winston's teaching, the class materials, and the pace of learning. The course helped me prepare for and pass the NHA Certification exam a month after graduating. The practice we received in class was essential. I'm very pleased with Cybertex. Highly recommend it!

Cybertex is a great school with great instructors always ready to help and guide students throughout their program, I graduate in about 3 days with all of the certifications, I am very happy and grateful.

The programs offered at this institution provide an exceptional learning experience. One can begin with no prior knowledge and leave with a wealth of experience and understanding. It is truly a great place to grow and develop new skills.

The Medical Course is a joke. The instructors do not teach anything correctly. We never have supplies. For 7 months I promise all I did was learn how to cook food in the classroom. No real intern sites. My classmates are doing work from home internships. The financial aide lady keeps our rebate checks. Yes steals our refund checks. If you complain about anything they change your grades to fail you as punishment. I have reported them to the VA and now I'm going to Board of Education this is a money scam... The biggest scam in Killeen right now.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is not safe at night homeless people, drug addicts constantly are taking sink baths. It's a fight club always going. Students pulling guns on each other. The staff gets high with students. My admission rep is on meth or something is seriously wrong with her she always high off something. Safety is not a priority at all.

Awesome school to go to. I went to this school to start my career 10+ years ago and would not be where I am at if it hadn’t been for Sam and Cyber Tex. I am a Director of IT and love everything about. Don’t hold back anything. If you wanna learn this career that jump in and get your feet wet.

When we began classes in May. I witnessed ********************* the instructor give drugs to a student on several occasions. I filed a complaint with CIT around about June or July in regards to a substitute speaking about male genitalia in an IT course. I filed an additional complaint in July for a nonproductive learning environment. ************** found out I filed a complaint against him. I was then pulled aside by him where he tried to intimidate me. He yelled at me where students could hear that he wasnt changing the way he taught his class. He blamed me for him losing money. Informed the director and nothing was done. ************** was calling in and showing up to work late on numerous occasions. He then would try to teach from home but only would type instead of speaking to us. The school only fixed the issue until I got out the classroom. Then allowed ************** to return back to his same habits. I filed another complaint to student services that ************** was speaking negatively about me to other students. The staff and teachers would try to turn us against each other. My next instructor ************** was constantly walking out of class to answer his phone. He then began not teaching due to him being on his phone texting. An additional instructor was allowing her students to leave hours early. Then be outside on the phone talking until we were released at 1 p.m. Several students came in for **** minutes. Then left for the day getting attendance for the whole day. ******* a student made several hostile gestures towards other students. ********************* threatened to shoot the school up. Nothing ever was done in regards to these matters. I was terminated two days after I brought this to their attention. CIT is holding students vouchers and pell *****s. I never received my Pell ***** until after I was terminated. I wasnt even given the full amount. My ****-T doesnt even have my tuition amount on it. The only amount I received for my pell ***** is on my the ****-T.
