We really wanted to love our experience. A friend had told us that she dreamed of their burger fries and went there as often as she could to have them, so we went to see what all they fuss was about. We ordered a salad to start. It was so heavily dressed that the leaves were all glued together. We picked at the chopped raw veg between the soaked leaves which were inedible. Next we had the famous burger and fries. The burger certainly looks impressive but the meat is dry and flavourless which they compensate for by piling on a bunch of uninspired condiments like grossly cut pickled onion and some kind of mushroom mix. For me a burger should be juicy first and foremost and should be able to live on its own without a bunch of additions (NADC style). Even the bun is nothing to write home about. Fries were fine but looked more delicious than they actually were. We also had the carrot dish that had so much potential but they are so aggressively over seasoned that we had to scraped off the excess of sauce to eat them. But it was the best dish we ate there which is off for a meat centric restaurant. What really stood for me was the relaxed yet expert service, the clean aesthetic of the space, and the vibe of the clientele, all top notch. Only wish the food lived up to them.

Bread, meat board, and brussel sprouts were very good. Fish and chips was ok, fries were a bit soggy and the fish skin was crispy but fell off too easily

Fantastic atmosphere and delicious food. When here to eat with my work team, the really good. The pork was nicely smoked, and the meat balls had a nice kick to it. We finished off with a peanut butter pudding which was surprisingly good!

The best food in town. We were there with our team and we ordered almost everything from the menu and loved everything we ate. Their speciality is more about beef, pork and fish and they are perfect at it . Their menu keeps changing and chicken options are not available . Servers were gentle, kind and helped in choosing. I highly recommend this place.

Repeat diner, but came for brunch for the first time. It's not a large menu but the choices are very diverse. I had a great pastrami sandwich, but I also saw the pancake (singular), Which was literally a cake made in a pan as opposed to something flat. Come hungry.

They have a great concept of all texas provided food and some exotic meats. The Chef has great combinations. I wish they had a larger gluten free menu, no bread and cross contamination.Our waitress was very nice and attentive though.

Heard about this restaurant and its owner from the Meateater show and podcast. We love the concept of having everything sourced from Texas. We enjoyed sitting by part of the kitchen where we watched them prepare meat for grinding, vacuum sealing bacon for curing, and making bread.The food was crazy good. The price to quality of food to amount of food was a very efficient ratio. You can’t beat the quality of food. Not one thing is processed except by them by hand. There are no soy products or seed oils anywhere. Everything is scratch made. The price for our brunch was more than we usually pay but we don’t ever get to eat wild boar balogna and nilgai sausage, and so we felt it was fairly priced. Some restaurants get skimpy with the portions, but not Dai Due.It’s worth every penny.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a long time. I thought it was good but honestly not great. My son and I had similar thoughts. If you haven’t seen my posts before, you’ll see I’m the one who takes the photos after I eat?. So, you see we ate most everything on our plate. I just don’t think it was as good as others have suggested. Especially for the price. French fries were a big disappointment. We sat up at the bar which we really enjoyed.

In my experience, the highly rated reviews tell an accurate story of this restaurant. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with any and all questions you might have.The food was incredible, and prepared expertly. The ambiance is warm and inviting as if you’re hanging out with friends and family.If I could visit Die Due regularly, I would love to. Highly recommended to everyone. Thank you.

Incredible burger, tasted like a burger and a steak au poivre had a baby. Fries were very good too, was pleasantly surprised they had a bit of kick to them as well. One of the best burgers I’ve had in a while.
