You're at the Highland shops and you've just had a yummy dinner. Now it's time to browse Daiso and buy to your heart's content. Daiso is a Japanese gift shop that is endlessly entertaining to peruse, and always open late. You never know what you're going to find: cutlery with cat head handles, a giant stuffed shark, square nesting cereal bowls, nail polish for a dollar. You will find things you didn't know you needed!

Not a great selection compared to other stores in my opinion, for some reason they just have different merchandise

This store is so fun. I found so many goodies. I wish I had one of these in Ohio! I could’ve easily spent an hour looking at everything. It was perfect for stocking stuffers and unique gifts for my family.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL EVEN IF PRODUCT IS DYSFUCTIONALI bought a laundry bag that broke after one use, and when I asked the store clerk if I could have it returned or replaced, they said that all sales are final, and that even if something breaks after one use, they can't take it back as it "messes with the inventory". The receipt says all sales are final, of course they conveniently tell you that after you make the purchase. If you have such a no return policy, either your products should be 100% functional, or you shouldn't have the policy. Even when I spoke with the manager Jeremy, he agreed that it is crazy but he can't do anything about it. Do not buy from this store as they do not take customer satisfaction into consideration.

Just passing through and saw something in the window I have been looking for. Very nice place has almost anything you may need. Christmas deco and stationary also inside. The cashier was very polite and made conversation. It's definitely a place where I will go back to look and see what I don't need, but want lol

I was originally going to rate this a 4 stars but understanding the cost of items now days I placed it back to 5 stars. So many great things to get at affordable prices. If you like cute things this is your spot to go to! The selections for cute stationary, cards, envelopes, and more are adorable! And at a fraction of the price compared to other imported Japanese stores. The cashiers are super friendly and helpful! Must visit!

I could spend hours in here. There's a good variety of stuff to browse through. They have a nice section of Sanrio stuff. As usual, they have a ton of cheap, good quality household goods, travel stuff, cute stationery, and yummy snacks. If it weren't such a drive for me to get here, I'd probably be here every week!

I absolutely love this little Japanese version of the Dollar Tree. Things are extremely reasonable and so reasonable that you end up spending way more than You think if you don't keep it and check.. Cause there's so many cool little things in there.

I love going to daiso for the tea and coffee. The boss coffees are always good whether the latte or black. I just keep a few in me fridge. As for tea i get the cold brew tea very bitter and reminds me of japan. I also love the japanese snacks too. Yuup

This is the place to go, if you ever gone to Japan, you definitely will be walking through memory lane. Place is very clean, all organized. Price are fair and the stuff that is sold is solid, compared to those regular dollar stores. If never gone, it’s a must.

ALL SALES = NO RETURN/REFUND/TAKEBACKSThey have a wonderful selection of small containers along the back wall! Great for organizing.Random little gadgets here and there and some sections are seasonal.I always grab a pack of chopsticks and something from the kitchen area ~ I love solid metal or wood items.I plan on looking for certain items, but it is nice to just stroll around if it isn’t busy ~ people get pushy in such a small store.ALL SALES FINAL

Such an awesome store. I'm bummed that I don't have access to these stores where I live. A few friends recommended I try it out while visiting Austin, and I'm so glad they did. There are so many cute and useful things at affordable prices. It is easily addictive, kind of like Target - you walk in for one thing and walk out with a lot more. I especially appreciated how organized and clean everything was and how easy it was to find the perfect gifts. Thanks for a pleasant shopping experience!

This place has it all. Lots of trinkets and snacks. Kinda like a mini Walmart, I saw socks, pencils, camping supplies and fishing stuff, just to make a few things. I like coming here when I'm in the area. Today I left with an entire bag of goodies. Stop by and see what you could find.
