Unfortunately this company was assigned to my home depot delivery. I understand that many delivery companies are hard to deal with but this is by far the worst.
I only had 1 smooth delivery out of 5. They almost never call 30 minutes before the delivery which it annoying but not terrible. Many of their installers aren't competent and I've needed to get appliances reinstalled after they messed up the install.
I even had them lie about missing me once, thats right.. they actually pretended to have showed up at my place and said they called me but I didnt pick up... this is not true (easy to check bc there is no record of the call on my phone) but truth doesnt seem to matter to these folks.
Not much you can do except avoid home depot in Austin as this seems to be the only company contracted.

March 2024: Patrick and Rigo arrived to deliver a washer, dryer and refrigerator and do the installation, too!
From arrival to completion they were awesome communicators! They were so careful and so attentive to all the details of getting the multiple appliances into the home and their installation expertise was perfecton!

My move with a larger company was supposed to be facilitated by DF. I get an email from them out of the blue saying that they’re no longer with the major moving company, but they’ll manage my move with the new company. I didn’t want that, and the original company called me and I scheduled with their moving facilitators.
I heard absolutely nothing from DF, so I emailed and asked them to make sure my move was canceled with them. The guy handling my move originally through DF told me that no, I’m still scheduled and the large moving company was letting them handle the moves that were already scheduled - which was not the information in the email sent in the mass email from DF.
I have emailed back TWICE asking them to cancel my move with them and have gotten complete silence back. Hope they don’t show up at the end of the month and waste their movers time ??

They called me at 8 am for the window of 730-1030. Felipe the driver said he would be here and I got a text saying 45 mins eta it’s the end of the window, no answers, no communication, no delivery. Avoid. Call in and get nothing but prompts for more sales for the company yet no one with answers.

Would not recommend them. They damaged our brand new home wall, dryer, and mattress during the move.

Even if the order calls for delivery upstairs, they will drop it ground floor for you to deal with.

They delivered a refrigerator to me that I purchased from Brandsmart. Damaged the refrigerator when they installed it and destroyed my driveway and landscaping on the way out. At this point I would have been better to have picked it up myself.

In my opinion, this is a terrible company. I will never use this company again. We switched from a gas stove to an electric stove. We purchased our new electric stove from Home Depot. Home Depot contracted with Daryl Flood to deliver and install our new stove. The first time the delivery people were rude and did not have a cap with them to cap off the gas line. The delivery people first told me that they did not have the cap because Home Depot did not tell them that they were replacing a gas stove, and they tried to leave the stove in my garage without installing it. Then they lied to me and told me it was my responsibility to get the cap though the Home Depot sale's person told me that the delivery people would have the cap so I refused delivery. The second time, two different delivery people showed up to deliver our new stove, and they were worse than the first delivery people. The second team still did not have a cap. Luckily, I had purchased a cap just in case they showed up for a second time unprepared. The second team lied to me again telling my cap did not fit so I had to climb behind the stove and screw on the cap proving that it did fit. The second team was even ruder than the first.

Stay away from anything connected to Daryl Flood Logistics. The workers they sent to my house were incompetent to do the one job they were there for. They damaged my plumbing and wiring while they were at it, categorically denied there was any issue, and have so far been indifferent to making it right.As far as their response goes, I've been in touch with their damage claim people. I talked with them for weeks, I gave them everything I have including invoices for repairs on the damage their people caused, pictures, videos, chat transcripts, and haven't heard from them. Nada. Crickets. They haven't lifted a finger.

Supposed to deliver & install a dishwasher from home depot. It has a small dent but I said I would accept it anyway. The driver said it might be damaged inside and if it didn't work there was nothing he could do about & he couldn't take it back out. That's ridiculous. First, there was no reason to think it wouldn't work from a small dent in the handle and, second, if he installed it and it didn't work he SHOULD take it back. I said I would call HD & he said he couldn't wait that long. I think he just didn't want to do the work.

I paid a whack and got all of the extra protections to have my belongings packed and moved, and when they arrived, my computer was totally broken. It was packed in a box with a ton of other stuff and only wrapped in paper. I was super upfront about the need to be careful with the computer (which is why I purchased all of the extra protections) and I had to work 2 days later. Customer service was totally unhelpful and I had to wait a week for a replacement.

Excellent customer service with delivery! Professional and polite and attentive to all needs requested with cardboard and packaging removal. This delivery was done in Venice, Florida, and the team was amazing! I made my purchase through Home Depot, and will request this company on all my personal moving needs! Michelle Green
