At first, this place was great! My wife went to buy her wedding dress, and everyone was so nice and helpful. The customer service was amazing.
But when she went back, it was a different story. No one helped her, and the friendly service was gone. It felt like, now that they had our money, they didn’t care anymore.
Buying a wedding dress is a big deal, and customers should feel important the whole time not just before they pay. We were really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place if you want good service from start to finish.

Start off a little rocky because we keep getting mix information from different associates. However once we set a instore appointment it went better. If you have an option set an appointment!

Found a beautiful, simple dress for a great price, and alterations are twice the price of the dress. They took too long to ship this said dress!!! I had no place else to go for the alterations in such short notice. Anyhow, pray that the alterations are perfect!!

We came in and we got helped right away, we were able to check different styles and even order a new dress. We were guided every step of the way. We are able to schedule a time a slot for alterations.

My experience was horrible. I drive over an hour there . Don’t get me wrong the young lady was very polite, but I think I was her first customer. She didn’t recommend any dresses. It was a waste of my time…I had to put things out of her .

I felt like I was a burden and annoyance to my stylist Crystal Daniels when I went in to my appointment. I put it on my profile and told her in person that I wanted to try on several different styles to see what I liked on me. She said I should figure out what I liked, but that was my purpose in visiting today. She also made comments to my friend who was with me about me not knowing what I wanted. I found it unprofessional and rude. You're welcome to any thoughts you might have about someone, but keep them to yourself and don't make the client feel bad. Definitely not a great start to my dress search.

Horrible experience wrong size deliberately ordered. they then insisted on a $350 rush charge for them ordering the correct size. Dress came in wrinkled and was told she would have to leave it to be steamed and would not be available until the wedding day. Unacceptable now we have to find a cleaner to get her dress the way it should have been.

I can’t even give this one starThat was the worst experience I have ever had. We stayed less than five minutes I thought for sure that there would be a person assigned to me that would’ve already pulled dresses for me to look at according to what I said I liked. But when I got there, I was told to look around the row of dresses and take pictures of what I like and then someone would come over

while i understand that there are other appointments i felt very rushed and was continually reminded of the time saying that we only had a few minutes left and we could only do a few more dresses. i feel that bc i told her i didn’t want to buy today she made my experience less important than others who would buy today. i also know that we could have had more time to try on bc the room was completely empty while we we’re trying on bridesmaids dresses.

I picked my dress at my first appointment! I absolutely loved Wilma and she was so helpful!! She listened to everything I said, and moved a fan closer to me when I got hot, as well as getting me some water! She was an absolute doll!!!:):) I highly recommend this store!
