Where do I start… I am a TBI survivor (traumatic brain injury) who came to the Moontower for a found raiser. The Dawn Rush Dotson Mortgage Team is here doing a BBQ taste testing with judging happening. Being that I am Mute I am not able to speak however I can hear and I let them know when I was trying to communicate via the notepad on my phone. I am vegan and was just curious if they did sides for cook offs before. And since they didn’t believe me I could hear one guy said this ain’t Lubys hit is buddy to his right and laughed… and again I texted I can hear you. And it became instantly awkward. Then immediately trying to change how he was acting towards me. That lets me know that if I was actually Deaf they would be so ignorant. Being that I have multiple disabilities it really allows me to see your staff and teams being true in character and morals. If I was to ever buy a home your mortgage team is NOT one I would trust especially since you treat those whom are not able to speak differently. Learn how to be able to communicate and not treat people lower than you because they have a different type of disability and way of communicating than your used too.

Dawn Rush and her team provided me and my family an exceptional service. With the aide of her team she served as a project manager to push the different entities involved to get everything done in a timely manner. She helped resolve the different obstacles that were unique to my case and maintained constant communication with me to reassure me that we were on track. Thank you once again Dawn and Andrea for making our dream a reality !

They talk a good game but can't deliver. I had to stay of top of them to get things done. They tried to slip a interest rate increase by us, and if I had not caught it , we would be paying even more. They don't know how to manage their lenders. We funded the load only to be told the lender needs one more piece of information. We have given these people every bit of information they need and it is still not enough. We closed on the house 4 weeks ago and they are still hounding us for more information. Don't use them.

We used Dawn and her team to close on our first house in July, and honestly we couldn't be any happier or impressed! They are 5-stars all the way! Being our first house, we initially started looking in February (didn't find a house until June), but every step of the way Dawn was there to answer any questions I had (whether it was early morning or late at night)! She is extremely knowledgable in her field, and we are so happy she was our lender! We also worked with Ginger and Miguel who were great, always quick to respond or call! I would HIGHLY recommend Dawn Dotson Mortgage Team!!

I loved my experience working with Dawn and her amazing team! While it was my first experience with Dawn Rush Dotson Mortgage Team, it's not my first time trying to secure mortgage lending and his experience truly above the rest! They immediately told us what was needed and mor e importantly quickly reviewed our documents, so there wasn't a lot of back and forth at all. They are a smart team, and all my interactions with them were friendly and fun. We closed in 2 weeks from our offer being accepted & I don't think I could have done that with anyone else!Highly recommend!!

Dawn Rush Dotson came highly recommended as someone that could help to give advice on how to build up less than stellar credit. When I first reached out to the office, Tawny was of great help leading me in how to upload all of the documentation necessary to apply and run my credit etc. As I was gathering my documentation, Tawny reached out to me several times to see if I needed help and to let me know what else was needed so that we could proceed. Once they had all my info though, that's where the customer service and attention to my account ended. I am assuming because of my credit score and because they could not immediately get me approved for a refinance, that I was pushed to the back burner so that they could give the attention to the "easy" accounts. Miguel was assigned to my account. He never, not one time, reached out to me. I had to call the office over and over and over in order to get a response. After every conversation, I was promised a follow up call, and I never received one. Finally after a final time of not being contacted by Miguel when he said he would call back, and being tired of being treated this way for over 6 weeks, I called the office and asked to speak with Dawn personally. I was told she was in a meeting and asked what my call was regarding. I told the lady that answered that I wanted to speak to Dawn in regards to an issue with my account, and I was told she would be given the message. Lo and behold not 10 minutes after my phone call asking to speak to Dawn... Miguel miraculously called me back. Yet still, I did not receive a phone call from Dawn herself. I do NOT recommend Dawn Rush Dotson Mortgage at all. I do not know if Dawn received the message that was sent or not, but either way it is an issue. Either way, if you have employees who are not doing their job... Miguel not returning calls, or the other lady not passing on the message to the owner of the business, it is an issue. Bad business on your part Dawn. You should check into this immediately so that you do not further lose potential customers. As much as Kyle is growing, it is still very much a small town and word gets around, good and bad.

Real estate deals can just be tough. Mine was a bit of a roller coaster and there was some frustration for various reasons. Dawn and her staff were very professional and helped me through a few fits of frustration. -- okay, maybe more than a few ... my deal had more than a couple of hiccups. -- Even though there was a significant delay caused by an appraisal issue (and a major holiday) they still got us closed within a day of our closing deadline. All things considered, I was pretty impressed by her office. Even though it wasn't perfect, I'm still giving them five stars because they really deserve it.
