Since we entered, a security lady was following us. I came to stock clothes for my friend and in the end we left very upset because this woman said that our girls had opened something and the surprise was that the candy they brought was from Ross but since we entered This woman saw us with a fuchi face. In the end I left all the merchandise with them and I didn't buy anything from them. Terrible customer service

I visit this store very frequently on the weekends and I can speak more positively on the customer service than the actual shoppers. I had a very vicitmizing expierence where a customer was verbally attacking others and one of the managers immediatly took action and had the customer removed from the store. To show my gratitude I asked for this managers name (Kerigma Rivera) and just had to thank her for making my shopping expirience at dd's Discounts more comfortable knowing that at least one employee is making the environment of the store a better/safer one.

My visit to my favorite place to shop I can say Ms.Vanessa and Ms.Peggy and the team has really created a very wonderful and comfortable place for customers to shop everything is neat and clean and in order.I would recommend everybody to come shop with them. I do not recommend it at all, terrible service, the cashier does not even expect you to pay when you already have someone behind you and it is a risk, they can take your pin and card information, pay everything and when you leave, the alarm starts to set off, they return me because the The cashier did not remove the alarms properly from my clothes and they came back to me again and asked me for the ticket, I gave it to them and everything was fine, but they were despots, not even an apology, they treated me horribly, I will never return to this store, terrible service.
