For about a year, I have gone out of may way to go here because the customer service and the quality were absolutely great. It was absolutely worth the hour and a half round trip.Sadly, their newer employees are pretty unfriendly and made me feel rushed and unwelcome. There wasn't even anyone else in the store.I'm not particularly happy with the pre-packaging they are doing now. Not only do i end up with more garbage, but the quality is just not the same, and the pre packs come light. I like seeing what I'm getting.I don't know if it's worth the trip anymore.

I am from out of town and always made sure this place was on my Austin visit list. They have a great selection of products and my first few visits were filled with great customer service. I switched to buying online because I couldn’t visit Austin as often as I wanted to buy. To be frank, I’ve been disappointed by the difference I’ve had buying online vs. in person. The customer service is NOT there…and you can tell by how the owner is responding to bad reviews. Like, I was SHOCKED to see how dismissive and rude the “fake review” and other passive aggressive comments were. I would have never gone here in the first place if I saw how they responded to criticism! After this last order, I’m not sure I’m going to visit again. A few of my friends have had bad experiences within recent weeks and I was the last one sort of hanging on. Disappointing, truly.Pros: Good selection, store vibe is nice, in person customer service can be good.Cons: Owner (or whoever runs their online stuff) needs their computer taken away for the sake of the business. Anything done over the computer (reviews, online orders, etc.) is seemingly done with subpar care.Not worth rating one star or anything…but you live and learn.

This store is awesome. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeableOwners vision of the store is awesome. Product quality is the best. They have a great variety of tinctures as well as other products. I definitely will continue to shop there.

VERBALLY ABUSIVE OWNER-My wife and I have been customers for 2 years and have LOVED the amazing help from the wonderful employees. Seeing the owner come in and BERATE an employee, antagonizing her incessantly over a mistake, was infuriating. I find it hard to support a business owner who treats his staff like that publicly. I can only imagine what he says behind closed doors.

Usually a regular. Had a weird moment with who I think is the Owner?I bought the usual, then the owner/employee approached me in the nearly empty parking lot and told me I wasn't allowed to park there if I wanted to go to 7/11 the next parking lot over?Was that *really* worth either of our time?I could get this instantly online and shipped.Was it wise to needless annoy one of your weekly regulars for a little dopamine/power hit?Do you own that empty parking lot? Even if you did, why walk up and waste everyone's time?In this economy when people are stressed amd low on cash?With literally 100s of options online?I'll pass.

Employees are incredibly accountable and knowledgeable. As for management and the EXTREMELY RUDE owner, as a graduate with a degree in Business Management I must relay to you my friend if you continue to 1)vent at customers 2)not verbally show appreciation 3)physically snare and show physical body language that scares off, and shows a lack of care for the PEOPLE SPENDING MONEY. like me. then WE WILL ALL go to Create a vape less than 5 miles away at 620/Anderson Mill (SAME PRODUCTS, ANGEL LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE) because word travels fast when we tell everyone we know: DONT EVER GO TO XYZ STORE.so, now you've had a proper lesson in proper customer service.You're welcome.
