I’m new to Delta Sky Clubs…but sure enjoyed my visit to this one! My flight was delayed, so I spent 2.5 hours here.
Food was nice. I enjoyed a lunch and coffee. Good sandwiches and salads! Bar looked neat but I wasn’t drinking. Be sure to walk past the bar and you’ll find that there’s a lot of seating options. I sat toward the back desks with my laptop out and enjoyed seeing some planes go by.

Absolutely love the Delta Sky Club in Austin! The space is beautiful, clean, and relaxing—exactly what you want before a flight. The staff is welcoming and attentive, the food and drinks are consistently great, and the overall vibe feels calm and upscale. One of my favorite lounges to visit at AUS.

Kim is amazing. She truly made our experience so great.
My wife visited the lounge before our 7:20am flight to NYC. When it was time for boarding, we lined up at the gate, boarded the plane, taxi'd to de-ice (yeah, it was cold!), and then had to return to the gate and deplane due to a malfunction.
The expected delay was 5 hours.
Brutal start to our trip.
Once we returned to re-enter the lounge, Kim remembered us and checked in on how we were doing because of the delay. She's a gem. Truly cares.
Honestly, day started out a bit rocky, but her smile and support turned it around.

One of the worst Sky clubs in the world. Extremely small. The food is not good both in quality and in offerings. They even routinely don’t have the basics like enough seating or tea options (which they are out of a lot). Delta needs a total overhaul on this Sky club if they expect to increase the flights out of AUS and have premium flyers. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Excellent service and a wonderful place to wait for your flight. The staff is friendly and helpful the food is delicious and the bar is top shelf and incredible.

So I hold the platinum card. Booked a delta flight. Flight happens to on a PARTNER Aeromexico. But I don’t get access to the lounge even though I have a delta flight and my plat card. BS
***if you run into this problem, pull up the ticket on the delta app and you should get in (DO NOT use the printed ticket)*** the lady should have ask to do that rather than just say I can’t get in even after booking through delta.

I stop in at many Delta Sky Clubs across the country. Austin consistently has the best food. You can tell that they take the food quality seriously. Beautiful place, great bar and service and shaded outdoor space. What more can you ask for.

Nice and spacious lounge with available outdoor space! Very poor layout with food on one end of the lounge and drinks on the other. Not very convenient.

Interesting layout for this club. If you pass beyond the bar there is still way more room and seating area inside the club. The buffett and the bar positions give you the false impression the club is smaller than it is. Just explore!!!! Btw, that miniature F1 race cars at the entrance during the race weekend was a super nice touch. Love the pop-up taco bar too!!!!

Had issue with a ticket
The 3 person staff at entrance to Sky Club was Amazing!
I explained my situation, they realized there was an error, all 3 staff got involved to resolve my issue & they did.
I am appreciative & grateful !

They have good selection of food and drinks. Food taste good. Seats are clean and they have great Staffs, all are friendly.
