INCOMPETENT MECHANIC. Went in for a pre-purchase inspection for a vehicle I bought so they could do a simple OBD2 scan (computer scan) to make sure check engine lights had not been reset before I bought the car. The older Mexican guy did the inspection and tells me everything was fine. I buy the car and when I get home to Dallas I get a check engine light. I do my own OBD2 scan and it turns out the owner had just reset the codes before going into the mechanic and they failed to catch it. Detecting OBD2 code resets is such a simple thing to do. Takes less knowledge and effort than changing a tire. Turns out I had oxygen sensor and fuel injector issues that set me back $5,000. INCOMPETENT PLACE

Eduardo the owner goes above and beyond what is called great customer service !! He made sure my car was fixed no matter what the problem was and my car was fixed at his shop very satisfied with him and his mechanics already recommended him to a friend of mine who's car has also been fixed !!!

Took my car in last spring because an engine light came on driving to work. Asked them to check why for me. They told me that I needed a new alternator and the cost would be over $700. I did not belief that was the problem so I denied the work. They still charged me $120. I wouldn’t have a problem with the $120 diagnostic fee if another place hadn’t told me there was nothing wrong with my electrical system. It’s been almost a year and my alternator is fine. I called and a left a message to speak with the owner about the wrong diagnosis and no one ever called me back.

Overall very nice and helpful staff, but my rating is due to what happened recently. I paid $1300 for a new fuel sensor and about 8 weeks later it went bad. They got me in and started working on it as soon as I brought it in, which was great, but I was charged $600 for labor and for testing to determine the issue. I was pretty disappointed about this, seeing as how I had just paid $1300 a few weeks prior to fix the exact same issue. I should have been charged nothing and the labor cost should've been billed to the supplier of the fuel sensor for providing a faulty part. Hopefully the company will work on fixing this.
