Last week I was experiencing severe pain from a very bad gum infection and wisdom teeth issues. Thankfully I was able to be seen immediately by Dr. Badea. The doctor prescribed me medication and performed a treatment on my gums to help fight the infection. She was able to get me in for surgery on one of the busiest days in her office. After the treatment and surgery I experienced immediate relief. Now my teeth and gums feel great and I'm on the road to a healthy mouth. I will say I had to contact my dental insurance to confirm that Dr. Badea was in fact within my insurance network. The insurance part can be tricky. I have an EPO and the rules are pretty explicit. The amount I paid out of pocket for my treatment was as expected per my insurance. The entire staff was friendly and extremely helpful.

I'm gonna add to the bashing. Not because I do not like the dentist Dr Badea, she is a really good dentist. But the billing office is another story. (Just read all the negative reviews - fair warning!). I always pay for everything up front, as soon as I'm done, like in most offices. But then they send you a bill 4 or 5 months later saying you still owe $60 for an "office visit". This is not the first time this happened, and it happened to my friend too. She also gave them a one star review for other reasons. Like i said, it's really a shame because the dentist is quite good. But sadly, I'm probably gonna go find another dentist.

Stay away from this place. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They , the Dentist, told me that I had periodontal disease & , I therefore, needed a special $708 cleaning . She lied, I do not have periodontal disease. I got a 2nd opinion. Not , however, before I had half of my mouth cleaned. After I received my special cleaning was given , by the hygienist, a bottle of special solution. The instructions said to rinse with it twice a day . It stained my teeth a very dark black looking color. I had the stain on my teeth. until I had to get my teeth cleaned again. The hygienist at the 2nd place took away all of the stain. I'm contemplating suing them for the $354 I paid for getting half of my mouth cleaned . I, found an honest dentist that I'm happy with.

Refused to take on our friend as a new patient because she called to confirm that her insurance was accepted. In these days where insurance is all such a mess it's wild that they can't answer basic questions and after talking to the insurance company they just refused to accept her as a customer - really horrible front office staff.

I received a letter from my insurance stated I owe certain amount, come to find out Meadows Dental Care has been charging my insurance since January 2021 (10 months) for my son visits. The last time they seen my son was in April 20 21, after talking with my insurance they stated all they need is for Meadows Dental Care to write a letter when was the last time they had seen my son. The last three weeks me and my wife been getting the runaround The manager is busy, Manager is on vacation, we will be getting back with you at the end of the day, never heard back from them. Today is October 15, 2021 I will be giving them a call today and if they gave me the runaround again I will be contacting my lawyer for Insurance fraud.

Please read all the other reviews as I wish I had. The front desk staff is very friendly and professional, but this will feel like a scam. They won't clean your teeth the same day as the exam, and this is to give them time to deliver an over the top, hard press sales pitch for additional, and after some research, unproven treatments. When the two page recommended treatment overview was presented, they placed charges for me to pay which my insurance covers and I had to point out this and other inconsistencies. I don't think healthcare should come with a "buyer beware" but this office most certainly does. We only went here because it would take about a month to get into our previous dentist. We will wait and pay out of pocket for the exam and have the cleaning and appropriate treatments done at River Rock Dental.

I had a cavity filled here and it partially fell out the first night. They did some work to refill it and then it came out again entirely two days later.

Should've read the reviews before I came here! Got a crown back in 2018. Then moved out of state for work but came back not long ago! My crown broke off so I went back to her to have her fix it! She dead azz asked the hygienist what could she do to help me in front of me! A crown should last longer than 3 years! I have others from like 10-15 years ago! Very unprofessional and I wasted time this morning when they could've reviewed my file and my reason for my appointment this morning. All she did was referred me to an oral surgeon! Biggest disappointment and waste of time ever! Will never go back!!!

So I have Ben to this dental care place a few times over the past years starting on 2018. The latest time I showed up they lost my file or couldn't find me in the system. When I needed fillings the dentist she was lazy and only took care of one side of my mouth and they up charge the procedure so insurance never even covers the fillings. Even though my insurance does cover fillings . Hands down lazy dentist. Because she didn't do my fillings in the other side I ended up needed a rootcanal

I don't even know where to start. I definitely should've read the reviews before I came. It has been 8 months and they still can't rectify my billing. Sure enough they've been paid but have no interest in submitting it to my insurance for me to be compensated. To further my disappointment, my insurance company has reached out multiple times to ensure they are submitting it properly as well as myself and The office assured myself multiple times that it will be taken care of. The staff themselves are extremely rude and let me know "they aren't aware" each time myself or insurance calls. Extremely disappointed.

I recommend this dental office Dr. Badea I feel like is a great dentist, she's very honest about needed treatment! For example she did a filling on my daughter's tooth ( baby tooth that was already loose) rather than telling us we needed a baby root canal like the previous dentist did. I really loved the honesty about our treatment rather than charging us $1000+ dollars like the previous dentist suggested. Dr. Badea is also wonderful with kids. She fully interacts with the kids, makes them comfortable, she doesn't push them during the exam because she wants them to have good experiences to build on for the next visit. She also had a treat bin up front that my kids loved ( 8,5, and 2 years old).

I love Dr. Badea, and Ms. Moon, but the office staff here is ridiculous. Why are you sending me bills for services that haven't even happened yet? The date on the bill is for June 2nd 2020. You've sent me two bills for this. I received one in April and one again today. Aren't you closed except for emergencies? I've called three times since receiving the first bill to discuss and to inquiring about my husband's mouth piece THAT WAS PAID FOR LAST JANUARY BUT NEVER RECEIVED! But your incompetence keeps you from returning calls. He grinds his teeth like crazy, and is going to hurt himself, because you refuse to do your job. I have reported you to Dental Works corporate. I am going to report you to BBB next. YOU'RE OPEN! CALL ME BACK
