Absolutely awful storage units. They are filthy, infested with bugs, and extremely poorly maintained. The manager is unprofessional and rude, refusing to communicate respectfully. On top of that, they almost never answer the phone and are rarely in the office during posted business hours.

This place is a SCAM. Raised rates by 45 dollars after two months. Moving everything ASAP.

I was looking to rent an open space for my travel trailer and made a reservation online, sent them what they asked on line and provided payment which they charged.
After a few minutes I get a call from Jay I guess that just gives me issues about the rental documents (we are 3 owners) and that the registered owner needs to sign we told him no problem he is heading towards you and Jay was complaining that he needs to go by 5 pm (we were in touch since 3 pm I have call logs) and he doesn't think Devon self storage is the right fit for us.!!!!!
So Devon self storage you have just lost a long term customer.
