Dude giving attitude cause he had to do his job. He instantly told me he was on lunch awkwardly when I entered store.
Yeah I haven't eaten lunch by that point either.
How about locking the door on your lunch break? I had a select window available to pick up my package. How about having a second worker to swAp with while one is on lunch break. Because now I gotta deal with a worker giving me attitude because I'm here to pick up a package when the door is unlocked.
Also gave me attitude and a full body sigh since my front camera was broken requiring him to do EVEN MORE of his job. He then had to use HIS code scanner to scan my package and the code on the desk so I can sign for the package.
Then the icing on the cake was watching the same guys face when another customer walked in, presumably requiring him to DO HIS JOB.
Unpleasant experience and I would suggest just using a different location for your packages.

Daniel and Alwyn were incredibly helpful, thorough, and friendly when assisting with my international shipment. Sending packages internationally can be stressful with all the required forms, and mistakes can be costly if your shipment gets returned. They made sure everything was done correctly and took the time to walk me through the process. Highly recommend!

I needed to send some documents to Mexico and chose to ship via DHL at the request of my Attorneys in Mexico. I went to the location in Arbor Walk and the guys were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were quick which I appreciated! I even got a discount! Much better experience than I recently had at FedEx. Highly recommend.
