If I could rate lower than a 1 star I would. Driver drove by my house without delivering my product. Spent the next 2 hours on 6 separate phone calls being bounced around with each person claiming it “wasn’t their department”. Refused to give me a number for corporate. Googled the corporate number and called them, got nothing but attitude from the gentleman I spoke to who refused to help my case. Then got transferred to a gentleman who told me there was a mix up with the address and my package was in Australia AFTER I had paid the tariffs requested by dhl for my package to be imported to America 2 days prior. Whole system is a joke. Keep getting given the runaround and nobody is willing to take responsibility or help deal with tracking down the package

stay away from DHL brokerage.
every time they claim my Korean packages as Chinese, while all docs said made in Korea, shipped from Korea, provided many times. then initiate charge fro 50% of total cost as customs clearance, then I need a months to appeal as they reply once a week. charged 12,000$ excessive customs fees instead of 1500. total time longer than sea freight and cost triple the price. always confusing HTS codes despite that I provide them for every product.
one time could be a mistake but this is a second time, nobody cares. I visited this facility , wrote to 3 emails, called to every phone available, nobody knows everything, no response , no feedback, once a week response imagine you paid for this. I'd never use it for even free of cost.

I would not recommend getting international packages delivered using DHL. They will “attempt” to deliver and wait at the door for less than a minute - yes I checked on the camera the time the courier rang the doorbell and when I opened the door trying to wave him down. One minute 10 seconds and he was already in the truck halfway down the street. The shipper does not allow for signature release. Calling customer service for assistance is horrendous. I have called multiple times and currently waiting 7 hours for an escalated supervisor call back. The first supervisor put in my address incorrectly causing another day of my package being held. If you would like your package delivered, DO NOT USE DHL, unless you plan on sitting at your door during the delivery window.

DHL delivered my laptop from uk to usa and they broke my laptop on the shipping way. I even had paid for shipping insurance and i don't know where to complain about this.

Delivery Sucks! Don’t waste your time or money!
Paid for overnight services, 3 days later package still hasn’t arrived. Of course it’s pulling teeth to speak to someone. Ridiculous

Extremely low standard of service. They are unlikely to even attempt delivering your package, and will then blame you for their utter incompetence. Use a different delivery company, please. Do NOT use DHL!

I ordered a device from another country and was trying to replace it. The company partners with DHL and at first it was not shaping up very well for me to try to find a location and drop it off or do a pick up since I lived so far out in the middle of nowhere. Eventually, I got a nice lady on the phone and eventually spoke with a guy named Tyler and they made the process smooth and avoided me from having to drive a few extra hours out of my way. Very thankful that we got it worked out because otherwise it would’ve ruined my whole workday. Thank you so much DHL!

Paid so much money for a package to arrive same-week from Japan. Only for my local courier to dip out before I could answer the door
Now my package (sensitive electronic item) is bouncing around in a van on a non-delivery day because I won’t be home. There’s a reason I scheduled it for tomorrow

I needed to send some documents to Honduras and Cole was such a great help! He went above and beyond to help me get a quote and choose the best option that suited me.
