Got there at 11:00 on a Thursday. No one in the store and doors are locked. Called them and they said they said they are open but are late. I guess Dillard's is a hobby now.

Saeed is a phenomenal employee, he went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience shopping for a coat. He listened to what I wanted and he found it for me. Also when we both grabbed the wrong size for a shirt he went back to pick up the right size.

I love Dillard’s but this dillards has one of the worst women clothes customer service. You can’t find any of the workers and when I did find a worker she was very rude, didn’t want to attend me, and she just referred to me to another worker. When I talked to the other worker she was also rude and seemed like she was fed up and didn’t want to help me find a size. I would understand if they didn’t want to help me if I was there just before closing but it was only 7pm and I know they close at 8pm. I will never come back to this Dillard’s in specific and I understand now why it’s always empty there.

We went here last year during holiday time. Parking wasn't too bad. The store was clean.Great selection.Friendly staff. Big and tall section was visited too.

I recently visited Dillard’s at Barton Creek Mall in Austin, Texas to buy a perfume, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ponam Malik in the fragrance section. Ponam is a true gem! she exemplifies what outstanding customer service is all about. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly respectful, warm, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for.
Her knowledge about the products was impressive, and she took the time to understand my preferences to recommend the perfect fragrance. Ponam was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my choice.
It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such a warm and friendly demeanor. Ponam truly made my shopping experience enjoyable and memorable. I hope Dillard’s recognizes her for the exceptional service she provides. If you’re shopping for a fragrance at Barton Creek, make sure to ask for Ponam :) she is simply the best!

Dillard's at Barton Mall has stayed a fabulous retail store, and I am so pleased to know it! Good customer service, a way to walk in and be waited upon, a method of actually trying on clothing (without have to resort to the "return" mailing), sample perfumes on one's person, get advice on makeup with knowledgeable sales ladies, and on and on. So pleased that Dillard's continues as a top flight retail store!
