I’d give a zero if I could. Made an appointment for 5 pm, x-rays at 5:30 and didn’t see the provider until 6:30 only to be told she recommended an MRI. As an ER nurse I can tell you I know more than the provider I sawth. She’s had no real answers and I just wanted to make sure I didn’t have a bone chip in my elbow before attempting PT or rehab. Then they charged me the same amount I would have paid for my ER copay.

The people there are knowledgeable about orthopedics but when I got there, they were kind of disorganized. My appointment was at 12:40 and I got there 10 minutes late due to traffic. I tried calling ahead but no one answered, and when I got there they said the doctors were too busy and I should come back at 2:20. I went and got lunch, came back at 2:15, and still had to wait a while to be seen by the doctor. I got out of there at 4:15.

Eric Yohe was fantastic. Hurt my ankle pretty severely at the end of the summer and wasn’t seeing any progress. Consistent PT with him helped it tremendously and I’m on the court again! Can’t speak enough to his care but also his funny personality.

The front office folks were polite, helpful and compassionate. The PA was amazing and so helpful. Dr. Villeareal was compassionate, caring, knowledgeable and took his time explaining and answering our questions.

Great. Was able to get in and be seen right away both X-rays and an ortho right away for what ended up being a broken bone. Everyone from the receptionist to the techs to the nurses and doctors went above and beyond. Could not have asked for a better experience.

We got very well cared for this morning at DOC. Efficient, professional and quick. Everything included: X-rays, diagnosis, boot, fitting, PT referral, instructions for care. Everyone (from check in to doctors assistant to the doctor) - was helpful and compassionate.A very positive experience today.

Set up of appt was rocky but appointment was fantastic. Nicole Busch is the model for a health care provider…listened, explained, brought me into the conversation as a participant in the decision making process, and connected with me in a way that made me feel like she actually cared about the outcomes for me. She was AWESOME!!

Overall, my experience has been all over the place. My initial visit was smooth - broken ankle and recommended surgery. Paid my copay, moved on to see the surgeon. Confirmed I needed surgery, moved on to the scheduling process. Standard.I called twice to get scheduled for surgery after being told someone would be in touch, and no one was. I finally got the surgery scheduled, paid the surgeon and center fees, and had the surgery, which went well and was a fairly smooth process. No complaints at all about Dr. V and the team.However, whoever scheduled my post op messed up and scheduled me for PT (which she said was my post op) before I ever saw my surgeon, which put me at 16 days having NO idea what was going on under the splint. Plus I paid for a PT eval which was essentially worthless since the surgeon hadn't even seen the site yet.Then the billing.. I've been paying what I've been told, no questions asked, and have found out the front desk has over charged me for each and every visit since my initial surgery consultation. I asked multiple times about this and was told "I see flags on your account, but I don't know what they're for. Someone will call you." No one ever called, and I have called 12 times now and submitted the online form twice to get someone to send me my statements and explain to me what they did. I finally went to a different clinic who explained the incorrect charges slightly and was told she'd look into it. She looked into it and added a credit to my account. Now no one will tell me how much this credit was for and I was told I'd have to stop coming to DOC altogether to be told how much money I am owed and receive my refund.Incredible doctors, so I would still recommend this clinic. I would just strongly encourage anyone who goes to get itemized receipts for every transaction and keep up with your insurance claims, because they will not tell you if you're owed anything. They are "not allowed."

Everyone was awesome here! I got in right on time and I left with much less pain then when I went in. And fortunately some good news about my injury. Eric was very good and made the treatment very successful!

If you're a self-paying patient, your first consult will cost $475. The second one $200 and if you need surgery, you can't skip the 2nd appointment for preparing you then you pay for the surgery which is in another facility not this one and you pay for both of their fees. Yes they have availability right away but there's clinics out there that only charge $150 upfront for the consult. If you need surgery, they charge you at least 50% upfront. They also won't take the x-rays from your hospital, they do their own...

I had a dislocated toe, the office staff were friendly, understanding and patient. The doctor was thorough and patient as well. Although the experience was painful due to the injury he made sure I was okay every step of the way. They were accommodating with my requests and quick to get things done. Also they let me be me and uncountable that means not so great language when I’m pain but no judgement! Great experience and I will use this practice again if/when needed!

The PA was amazing. However , the ball was dropped on getting prescriptions sent out when needed. My insurance was expiring the next day and the staff knew and told me the scripts would be sent. They weren’t. When we contacted the clinic to try and get the scripts sent, the on-call physician left a note in the system that any patients with pain could wait until the Monday or go to the ER - and the message service would not even connect the call. I can not recommend this clinic in the slightest because of the complete lack of professionalism.
