Would not patch a hole in my tire because tread was getting low. Had to go to another tire shop to get emergency patch repair. They were kind but not helpful.

Every time I make a delivery at this place a guy named Bill is absolutely rude and refuses to sign the paperwork to complete my delivery. He is absolutely rude to me and gives me problems and threatening to report me every time over a signature. This is unacceptable and needs to change I'm tired of being threatened by this guy. He pushed my hand and device away when I tried getting a signature from another guy

Fair prices but at times feels like I’m at Autozone trying to get an air freshener and being asked 2w or 4x4. Travis the manager is great to work with, straight to the point no BS. Would definitely becoming back due to his help.

They deliberately mislead you to waste your time and money. I arrived around 5 and was told I could have my tires replaced by 6. I said I would wait at home if they could call me when they were done but they insisted I be there at 6 so I stayed and waited. They did not start work on my car until 6:28. Instead, they helped another customer who arrived 10 minutes after me and who they gave an estimate of 7:00 and put me in line behind her. When they started work, they told me it would take about 10 minutes. It took over 20. So I ended up spending over an hour and 45 minutes waiting for a service I was told would take ten minutes and be done in under an hour. They also quoted me low prices for several services only to charge me more and then correct themselves when I questioned it.

I brought in a flat tire which was punctured by a small screw in the middle of the tread. They told me the tire was no good due to driving on it flat, and that I'd have to replace it. In fact I only drove on it about 10 feet out of my driveway and then back!
This sounded suspect to me, and not wanting to spend nearly $300 on a new tire (my car is pretty new) I decided to take it to the nearest Walmart Tire center. They repaired it for $15 and assured me there was no issue with the integrity of the tire.

Went to Discount Tire in Austin, Texas for a tire pressure check, the guy not only connected a hose that was not connected to anything, completely deflated my tire, then tried to get me to replace the tire because it "had a puncture" which was a lie. When I got them to lift my car, remove the wheel to re inflate it the guy tried to lift my car from the rocker panel and damaged my car. You think a TIRE SHOP would know how to lift your car safely? THINK AGAIN!
They re inflated my tire and surprise! It was completely fine.

Place sucks should be shut down and everyone should be fired or re-trained at another store probably at the ben white store they can't fix a flat or even find a flat be rolling on a tire with a leak for a month after them telling my mother they checked and nothing wrong with it, that it's just the weather now I gotta waste more time go to the ben white store to get it looked at and fixed when we already took in to get fixed. But now my mom's and everyone knows never make the mistake of going to this exact store again. On nelms drive

Bad communication I asked them to replace my tire but they didn't do it less than 1 year ago I bought it and it is already damaged I don't know I recommend them

If you’re thinking of going in for a tire air pressure check, go somewhere else or learn to do it yourself. Lesson learned for me, as they ripped me off! lol I should’ve left earlier before my car went in for service after hearing again and again how the reps kept telling people they couldn’t repair their tires, etc. and proceeded to sell them new tires. Not once after almost waiting two hours did I hear one of them say their tire was repairable..
I just went to get my tires air pressure checked/ topped off, because I work in the area, but live far (which my bad for over communicating this). Long story short, I ended up being forced to buy a new tire, because one was “un repairable due to driving at low pressure tire for too long” (which crazy because just that day the light came on and psi was 25). They claimed they couldn’t put that tire back so they left me with two choices.. to either purchase a new tire or they can put my spare tire on. I ended up given in and buying the cheapest tire they had just to get home safe. SMH

If you don’t value your time like they don’t then you can spend the day at Discount Tire. Also, there should a separate counter for gig workers to pickup orders. It’s ridiculous to wait in line to provide a service.

Make sure you call and double check they will tell you your tire is ready and you get there and they haven’t even mounted and balance it and that will take at least 30 to 45 more minutes so plan for an afternoon to waste

Do not ever bring your tire here to fixed if you didn't buy it from them originally. I came in for "free patch" for a slow leak. They determined the tire unrepairable and said they will not reinstall the tire so I have to buy a new one. They never told me this was a possibility prior to the service. Cheapest tire they had was $172.
UPDATE: they didn't even install the tire correctly! I'm having to get a tow now! Worst service ever!

They quoted the guy in front of me 1 hr for new tires. Quoted me 3 hours (until peak rush hour) for service under their warranty.
