I would have liked to have been able to give a good review. I was generally happy with the service at this location, I purchased two tires and some lug nuts in January which have been good. However, when trying to replace a wiper blade they broke my rear wiper arm also in January. I have now called 4 times to follow up about getting it fixed and even made a trip when I was told they had the part in stock (not true, they had a wiper blade not the arm). The staff member who assisted me originally has not been there any time Ive called, and I am repeatedly told that someone else "is supposed to be ordering that part." I wouldnt mind if they broke it and didnt tell me, I probably would not have noticed anyway. The fact is though they upsold me on a rear wiper blade that I was not planning on purchasing, then broke a part of my vehicle, said they would fix it, and now 3 months later it is still broken. I have not received a single follow up call, when I call them I am told that "Yes we will get that ordered" and "someone should have called you" but it is clear that no effort is being made to actually do anything. Hopefully this reaches a manager or someone in charge, I would happily come back for more tires (once they fix my wiper arm) but at this point wouldnt let them go anywhere near any other part of my vehicle.

I live close to two DT locations, I will always choose this one! The team was incredibly kind, very informative, didn’t push anything I didn’t need on me and got my two new tires changed in less than an hour. Single girlys who don’t want to get scammed - this is our place!

The management operating this location has this place in order and under control. I received the best customer service, quality workmanship and expedited professional timeliness. I feel this location should win an award for overall excellence!! Thank you Juan and technicians for helping me get back on the road safely. I appreciate doing business there. Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work!!!

Wonderful experience today at Discount Tire. I've been going to various locations for many years. Had a giant screw in my tire and came here for help!
Everyone I talked to was super helpful and friendly. Very quick service. Clean waiting room. Fast internet - and they plugged my tire within an hour even through they were busy!
10/10 recommend this location

Honestly this place used to be the fastest and best now the wait is always 2 hours even when there are only 5 cars in the lot I'm gonna start going to another location. They definitely are not fast anymore or care that you have other things to do rather than sit here for hours

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional service I received from Jose. I have visited other discount tire locations in the past, but none have provided the level of care and attention that Jose offered. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, especially considering I was preparing for a road trip and needed to ensure my vehicle was in top condition. Will definitely be returning to this location thanks to friendly staff!

Told me that my car would be ready in an hour and a half, I came in two hours later to pick up and it hadn’t even been checked in. If you’re getting tires done, stay and wait.
Once the tires were on, they didn’t have an Allen wrench to remove the hubcap and balance my tires. I had to go home and bring my own tool…which was just a normal Allen wrench set.
Once I came back they said it would now be another 45 minutes.
I was a fan of my old discount tire location but be wary of this one. Even the guy at the counter said this location is a mess.

Came to get an air fill up. The person doing this had very greasy hands and kept putting his hands on the paint and the inside of my door while he was talking to me. I asked him 4 times to please mind his hands because he was getting his fingerprints and grease stains on the paint and the door card, but he never listened to me. When I got home, I saw that he didn’t even put my valve caps back on. They were all gone. I’d washed the rims a few days before I’d come here, so I know they were all there. Guess he thought me asking politely for him not to be an idiot warranted him being petty and stealing the caps.
When I came several years ago to get a new rim for my car, Junior ordered the wrong rim despite me asking him 3 times to double-check, since I saw on his screen that the one he got was the wrong color. When the rim came and it was, indeed, the wrong color, he and the manager told me they’d order me a new one right away. After 3 weeks, it finally came. However, due to unexpected delats, they had to buy a rim for $500 more than what I’d paid and wanted me to pay the cost for their own incompetence. I had to call the corporate number to get the manager to see sense and not charge me for his own staff messing up. Never will come to this location again. Should’ve learned from last time.

I called this morning and thankfully I was able to get in fairly quickly to replace two tires and an old dried out spare within about an hour after checking in. Thanks Joshua for being so professional and also for reminding me about my terrible wiper blades!
