Stranded on hey 71 yesterday flat tire call wouldn't get to us for 2 .5 hrs 20 people ahead of us went to Walmart fixed in 15bmed in 15 minutes we are disabled both of us very disappointed in all we but tires from you all the time

I can’t say enough great things about this Discount Tire location! I had an issue with another store where I purchased a new tire, but they replaced an already new tire, leaving me still with only one new tire 🤦🏽♂️. When I brought it to their attention, Ty and Cody went above and beyond to make things right.
I initially went in only for a wheel alignment (for my two new tires, or so i thought lol)—which is a rare service for Discount Tire locations in Austin. This is one of the few locations in the area that offers wheel alignments.
Their customer service was top-notch, and they truly went the extra mile to take care of me. This will absolutely be my go-to tire shop from now on. If you’re looking for honest, high-quality service, this is the place to go. Thanks again, Ty and Cody!

I was having too much fun in the snow and busted up the rims on the left side of my crown vic leaving a bulge in one of the tires as well. On my way to DT my spare tire blew up!
I bought a new rim online and brought it in with the car. They replaced the badly damaged one with the new one. They swapped the slightly damaged rim with the spare rim so now my spare wheel has the small bend. They gave the spare rim a new tire as well and it ended up costing me 120.00. I'm happy that Luis and the rest of the techs were willing to work with me and do all the swapping now I'm back on the road 😈
