Although crowded I really enjoyed the visit and loved the fact that they use the text message notification which allowed me to step outside or go sit in my car while I wait.

Was super busy but came in because I set an appointment and only had to wait about 15 min. If you know going to any of these offices it's usually an all day event so it was very convenient. Only took me 5 min to get my copy of a title and the lady that helped me was super nice.
