Was sold expired food, tried to swap it out and was refused. Sent an email to dollar general customer service and I was quickly contacted by the general manager who made the situation right.

Every time I go in that store to purchase cigarettes, I am carded. I am over 60 years old and there is no reason to card me.I do not look like I am twenty one Or younger. Yesterday went in to this store to buy cigarettes and forgot my I.D. cashier would not sell me Cigarettes because I had no I.D. Again I am over 60 years old. There is no reason to even ask me for my I.D. This store is always dirty, The staff really doesn't care about anything. They need to find management that can Make it so guest, have a better shopping experience. The way that store is going now, it should be shut down.

I was just in the store and this didn't happen to me I was behind the people it happened to. The manager of this store is supposedly who is currently behind the register. The people told her the sign said each item was a penny, it was like little pouches of pedigree. She got really snarky with them "why would anything in the store be a penny??" He says I'll go take a picture of the sign.. this lady says go right ahead it's not possible. He comes back with the picture she says I DON'T CARE. You're paying what I say. I tried to call to get a number to put in a complaint for that young couple so she can't say she wasn't being SO RUDE and condescending. They asked her why she didn't have to honor what it said, she got more rude and basically asked if they wanted the rest of thier groceries or get out she didn't care. I filmed that part. They left without any of thier 35.00 in products. Then when she waited on me she didn't even speak to me no thank you, nothing. Maybe she needs more staff she was a jerk to everyone in line after that couple. I wanted to leave this May 25th 5:30pm . Because you can't call that store, and those people need someone to say it for them she was SO RUDE. Talking to them like they were children. It was disgisting.
I wanted to say something I was afraid she would kick me out to without my items. So I'm just writing this.
I won't ever go back there, all the shelves were empty, it was a total disorganized wreck.

This store Is in BAD Shape. Manager Nicole is horrible & word around is she is messing around with one of her employees! I don't understand why it's so hard for higher management to do something about this location. Someone is always smoking pot to! & they are pretty lazy at this location as well. I think thats about it!

Whoever owns this location should be fined for the way they run it. Lines are always long, store is messy. Nothing good other then there's a family dollar close by!

If I could give it a zero I would!! Horrible service, store is filthy, trashy and not stocked up. Family Dollar is a better option. They will get my business any day.

Used to love going to this location. Now it's trashy, slow service, items are not stocked well on the shelves. It's been terrible the last 3 months.

This location needs to be shut down. There's no management that can run that store correctly. Arianna and that brunet lady that's very old are unprofessional and disrespectful. I will be contacting the head quarters about this location.

The GM Daniel Gibbs does not care about his employees and plays favorites. He never works his scheduled shifts and I would not recommend working for this store. It's nothing but drama and stress. Not with what they offer per hour.
