Three employees were in the back office cracking jokes and ignoring the register while a line was forming for several minutes. They could clearly see customers waiting at the counter.
Unfortunately this store is really the only option for certain items nearby. But as soon as a competitor comes within a reasonable distance, this store will suffer very much because of these employees.

Stopped in for a quick pit stop to grab some drinks and snacks, but surprise—all the restrooms were "out of order." Convenient, right? How does an entire store's restrooms mysteriously break down at the same time? Feels more like they just don’t want customers using them. Ended up leaving without buying anything. Won’t be stopping here again.

I come in almost everyday and I love the products and the employees are honestly pretty nice but they almost never open on time. There were people waiting when I went today and they didn’t open until almost 8am.

Strong smell and coughing coming from the managers office. Rude associates who are openly cursing in conversation with me, no one in uniform, items that are shown in stock on the app “might be somewhere in the back” but employees refuse to even try to look for it.

This store is horrible, and im talking about the associates that work there. They have no manners they use swear words in front of customers and my child. I want to say something to the manager but he is next to the employee allowing them to talk this way so what good will that do. They dont greet you they dont tell you the total at the end of the transaction either. There slow at ringing up customers they would rather chit chat to each other than provide excellence customer service. I hate coming to this place but this is all that there is out here smdh...
