I got to this store at 9:49 and the employee that is in the picture had the door locked and with customer still in side checking out. The employee looked at me a told me they were close when on the door it clearly says they close at 10:00 pm this is bad business yall should change the time then to 9:50

New store Managers are completely discourteous , I’m a local have been shopping at this store since it opened .seen a lot of changes , I shop on average 5 to 7 times a week with An average of 25 to 40 dollars a Pop as of may 6th 2025 .
have to say very disappointed in the new management in particular the night manager who never fails to be quite rude and discourteous . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ,! Have curbed my amount of shopping done there and am considering pulling my business altogether !

Went in to buy soda. Shelf price was 3 for 9.99. When rung up, it was 19.00. Explained the sign price. Told me was an old sign, but I should pay what the sign said. Rude asked if I still wanted. Not at that price.

It is never open during its working hours, which is supposed to be at 8, you have to wait up to 40 minutes because the workers do not arrive at the time it is.

Horrible... dirty, Trash everywhere, nothing in its place. Food looks spoiled in refrigerators. Labels gone, check out not knowledgeable of price on products. They need to clean up that store or just close it.

The only employee is rude.
No shopping carts or shopping baskets in the store. Absolutely none on the premises. BARE SHELVES, 75% of the refrigerators and freezers are out of order.

I strongly dislike posting bad reviews, but I have to speak out. My complaint is solely about staff. The staff here are extremely GHETTO, and even that is an understatement. The women dress so trashy, sloppy, and provocatively. The staff almost never wear appropriate clothing, because they are always in PAJAMAS, house shoes, and house clothes. The men dress in basketball shorts, muscle shirts, and slides. NO ONE WEARS UNIFORM or decent clothes. The staff looks as if they crawled right out of bed and walked into work with messy uncombed hair. They speak so vulgar using so much profanity, and so many times you will see them wearing their headphones. I understand if they want to use them while working but when tending to customers they should be taken out. The cherry on top was the very last time I went into the store last week: A young guy was FaceTiming a girl while at the register ringing up customers (including myself). He put the phone right in front of him and flirted with this girl on the phone with the volume all the way up. He acted as if there were no customers and didn’t say a word to them while ringing them up. He had on a white muscle shirt and black basket ball shorts. I believe the girl said his name was “Ira” but I couldn’t quite catch it. The customer before me shook his head in disbelief and even more so in disappointment. I must say that the ONLY professional employee I have ever seen there is the manager. She’s a tall woman and sooooo nice with amazing customer service! Other than that I only force myself to go in this store if I truly must because of the convenience. The only reason I gave 1 star because the manager is AMAZING!

Don't buy anything out of the freezer here. They are knowingly selling spoiled food that isn't frozen because the freezer does not work. I was desperately trying to put a non-frozen pizza in the oven and ruined it trying to place it on the rack. I bought two of these garbage pizzas, wasting a total of $20.
