Absolute worst customer service I've encountered in a very long time. I walked in and said hi to the lady working there. She ignored me did not look at me at all and so I said hello again and not in a rude way either just hello. And she looked at me and she was like may I help you??? Very rudely very condescending I was actually appalled at how awful she was being mean to me for no reason at all. I highly recommend you do not step foot into this place.

If you are someone who protects your health and still wears a mask in public spaces do not go to this location unless you feel like being harassed by the cashier about mask wearing. This is the 2nd time the young male cashier with glasses and curly hair has been rude to me for wearing a mask. I hope the manager Chris does something about it. I will not be returning to this location.

Went out of my way to go to this dollar tree because it is usually not too crowded and nicely stocked. Found everything I needed, go to check out and while standing in line the only cashier put up his closed sign and walked away. I put my items down and left. The cashier was literally in the parking lot doing a drug deal. I get needing to make ends meet but dang.

I wouldn't come to this store if you carry bags and value those items, since they'll let people steal your bag from the front desk. As well as not alerting you of this.

This location tends to be more well stocked and organized then other DTs around town. Friendly staff, quick check out.

They always have the exact thing I didn't know I needed but for some reason can't live without and it's really clean inside the store looks great a lot nicer than it did like 2 years ago

I went to the Dollar Tree on Burnet Road for the first time, I was surprised to see how well stocked the aisles were, how clean and organized the shelves were and the staff were very friendly, during the past few years I was becoming less happy with the experiences I was having at the Dollar Tree due to them cutting back on their selections along with the shelves being disorganized, the Dollar Tree on Burnet Road took me back to a time when I used to love & enjoy going to Dollar Tree, it's exactly the way Dollar Tree used to be.The selections seem to be more than most of the other Dollar Tree's I've gone to in the past few years.
