Never going to this ghetto dollar tree again. Waited 30 mins in line to get balloons for my gender reveal only to be refused by the cashier we are only doing Valentine's Day balloons right now. This is after I just got off a shift for 12 hours as a nurse. Thanks for caring for your pregnant nurse 's dollar tree. Would give it zero Stars if I could.

Very bad service from the woman who has very thick black eyeliner. I was in line for 15 minutes to buy some balloons and the only thing he said I can't,
If there is no balloon service there should be a sign to let you know.

Had a lot of nothing the staff was very helpful and kind that's why I gave stars because the staff was great but the stock was like stuff dollar tree had a million years ago.

On my last visit in June 2023, the lady staff person was extremly obnoxious and possibly in some altered state of mind. She was talking loudly on the phone and in the middle of her call she started screaming at me, right as I entered the store. Then she went right on with her loud phone call.Seems like many other reviews have come across this rude lady.I used to come here frequently but have found other stores with normal, friendly staff in Capitol plaza and near 183/Floral pk. An additional benefit is that those stores are larger and have a wider selection of items.

Selection is not the best or worst. I get it, not many people want to work but truly a torture to have to deal with just ignorant people 》I'm talking about the cashier who can't stand still, throws products in bags and blasts music noone asked for. I've witnessed her accuse a lady of stealing a water bottle when this lady was carrying a 2,000 LV bag. She kept talking about her even after she left, the lady had politely explained she walked in with it. She's also Lied to me that they did not have helium when I proved they did, even though noone else was checking out. This location is convenient for me so I find myself coming back but it ruins my day. Maybe self check out? This lady is not ok and we shouldn't be tortured w her IGNORANCE and horrible attitude.

Sign on the door that says temporarily closed although there are people in the store shopping and checking out. Manager is letting people out 1 by 1 but wouldn’t allow me to come in and shop which seems odd
