The cashier didn't speak English which is cool but she got annoyed when I asked her for travel size q tips. She was rude and it was unnecessary. She looked miserable. I just left what I wa gna buy n left.

Fix who you hire. The staff member, a white male, was very offensive to my mother, who is hard of hearing. On top of that, he was unprofessional when he mentioned that he heard her speak Spanish and didn’t know I spoke English until I told him he couldn’t act like that. I work in customer service, and I have never treated a customer with that low of respect.

Went in to find some holiday mugs, of course it was so last minute. They were out of them. However, the staff was so kind and friendly and appreciated their patience.

The cashier at cash register 2 today, December 23 at 5:06 pm, is a racist. She refused to serve us because we are Hispanic and after telling us that the cash register was closed, she served customers.

The staff here were nice! I have a similar review to the others where there needs to be more in stock. It seems there is very little here even though it is a “treasure hunt.” Also, the shelves are extremely disorganized… they need workers sorting them out throughout the day!!
