This is an ok Dollar Tree that has frozen foods too. They are usually stocked pretty well.

It would be nice to have “0” stars as an option because this place doesn’t deserve the 1 star. This is by far the most insolent, unprofessional, tasteless and utterly ridiculous dollar tree I have ever been to. It’s basically the “Ghetto” of Southpark meadows. The manager on duty, CHRIS, was by far the rudest employee working. The poor lady cashier was working her butt off while him and the other cashier pretty much refused to help everyone else. Chris then made the other cashier, a black Male, get back on the register. Instead of telling people he was open he toke individuals from the back of the line. When I said something about it he shooed me away like an animal. Despite the fact that he looked like one. It was very disrespectful and needless to say I’ve already reported them to the better business bureau. At this point I’d rather have a dollar general or family dollar in that spot. People should not have to spend their hard earned dollars at a business that treats them like trash.

I've gone 2 days in a row now and the store is still a mess. They had 4 employees while I was there. A pen I bought I had to return because I realized when I came home, the ink part was missing. They dont allow returns but they do exchanges. A lot of stuff they have out is damaged or broken. Shelves are a mess. I don't blame the workers but I would expect someone to be at least fixing the floors throughout the shift. Also there was one register open and no one stopped what they were doing to help the lady checking out 15 people in line. Quite a few people came in, saw the line, the one employee, and left.

[COMPLAINT] Dollar Tree Employee named Caesar was literally stopping customers, at least 4-5 people from browsing and shopping the crafts' aisle tonight around 8pm. Mind you, they don't close until 9pm. His exact words were, "Technically, the aisle is closed because I have to restock." In the history of Dollar Tree they have NEVER closed an aisle for restocking. This guy did not have any boxes e was unloading. All he was doing was attempting to straighten the shelves. So what was he 'restocking"? A lady told him that Dollar Tree never closes an aisle for that. He was stumbling on his words and said then said, "Not the aisle, but the store is closed." None of what he said made any sense. If the store were closed, nobody would be able to get in the store. And again, the store was not closing for another 55 minutes. So what was he talking about?Closing an aisle for "restocking" when he had absolutely NO boxes he was unpacking, but rather he had little step ladder with some loose items on it. He called that restocking? He was straightening up the items on the shelves at best. He didn't even have a basket of items. No cart with boxes to unpack. Nothing. Check your cameras Dollar Tree. He had that little step ladder in the middle of the aisle trying to prevent customers from purchasing products from that item. Seems to me he didn't want y'all to make money. Because nothing he said made any sense.I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but when he switched up and said he meant the store was closed when in fact it was NOT, that let me know he was just trying to prevent his employer from making money from any items on the Crafts' aisle. Perhaps he is a disgruntle employee.and wanted to cost Dollar Tree some money. Maybe he was doing something on that aisle that he ahd no business doing (e.g. stealing maybe, did his friends hide some drugs on the shelf and he was trying to find them before anyone else stumbled upon them??). Because what was the real reason he stopped multiple customers from going into that aisle? It wasn't because he was restocking because he in fact was NOT (no boxes, no cart -- nothing). And it wasn't because the store was closed because they weren't closing for another 55 minutes.I do not know what his deal was. It was highly suspicious if you ask me. All I know is he lied and was stoping many customers from shopping on that aisle. I repeat, how do you restock if you don't have any boxes of products to unpack and put on the shelf? Guess he was "restocking" imaginary products? Who the heck all are y'all hiring? You couldn't make sense of his comments even if you tried. Ya'll need to watch him. He is up to no good. Your store was open and wasn't closing for another 55 minutes and Dollar Tree never, in the history it has been around, closes an aisle for restocking. Never. You all just hired a pathological liar or someone doing something illegal in your store. Either or that's dangerous. And a liability to your company. He caused you all to lose money by the many people he stopped from going into that aisle. That's a fact.

Looked like they had been really really busy . I was looking for Ghosts ..they were out and halloween section was very empty . The really nice young man doing his best to stock the shelves amid the customers remembered a lady had just returned some ghosts and were on the checkstand ...so he saved the day ... Stopped what he was doing and showed me where they were .Really friendly and helpful . Customer service like that is rare these days ..wish i would have gotten his name .

They are doing a good job restocking the store. For a while the shelves were all empty. I thought they were closing the store. But now the shelves are stocked and the staff is helpful.

I'm so tired of coordinating and scheduling my life only to show up somewhere and they're closed because their online hours aren't correct. As I'm writing this 3 more people have just pulled up thinking they can go into the store but they can't. It's closed. I can't ever figure out when I can come here because I don't ever know if they're open or not. Half the time there's a sign on the door with the hours that they made for that day.
