Went to this location to check out the hallowed decor to replace one of the 6 inflatables I purchased. I saw Rebecca and had no idea dollar tree does exchanges. I kindly told her what I needed and she stopped what she was doing, jumped on a register and took care of my exchange and purchase. She ended up staying open because the lines were long.
Thank you Rebecca - I hope I got your name and the person right. Your kindness calmed my nerves.

Was at the store at about 12:45pm today (10/4/24) and one of the cashiers, maybe a manager, a man in about his 30s or 40s, was being INCREDIBLY rude to customers, barking at them over little things. He opened his lane and said he could help who was next. The next lady next in line who had probably been standing there for a few minutes, was clearly zoned out so he called out like an order "Ma'am, you need to pay attention!" And their entire transaction was like that. English clearly wasn't her first language, so maybe there was a language barrier or even culture barrier, but he was speaking to her like he was scolding a child. I worked retail for many years and I get how frustrating customers can be, but that was unnecessary. Had I needed to interact with him he'd have gotten the same energy back.

There were tiny bugs on my soda can where you drink from and I didn’t noticed it until I bought it and was in my car already. I didn’t even want to go back to switch it because of being unsure if all beverages were like this. Also came towards the last few minutes of the store hours. Thankfully I never
drank from it.

Has great stock but everything unorganized. The employee in might shift doesn’t know how items are sold online items are sold for $1.25 for two count tin and in store they are trying to profit money by selling them individually. Seems to me that this store is stealing money. I tried to even show the employee that they are sold in two and he denied and took away the other item from me.

This is the cleanest best Dollar Tree in Austin. Anytime I am doing a project or a Dollar Tree DIY, I will drive across town for this one because I know they always keep everything in stock
