Didn't have a good experience this time here. The lady was really slow and old. She didn't even hand my receipt to me. Excellent customer service???? I think not. Lol. The line is always long with one register. They don't seem to have much people working here to put out the merchandise because it seems empty pretty much the shelves and no employees here says hello. They either cleaned house or no one wants to work. I've been here before and had no issues

One register and always long line of people. Staff isn't friendly. Saw someone fall and the employees were very rude and hateful to the lady that was supposedly hurt. Very unprofessional and obviously bad management and lack of training. They all seem unhappy. My advice is to hire better managers and the employees who hate their job should get a different job and find people who will appreciate having a job and pay them more .

The manager is a super rude lady, she threw things at me and never wants to open the other register when the store is full, she spends her time smoking outside, she is rude to the staff, she is rude to the customers, and she always does what she wants because she is The manager says that.

Went in for 6 items and took almost 20-30 mins to go thru the line bc there was only one cashier. He asked for back up from the "boss" and he shuffled his way to the register and shuffled his way slowly back to sort out the returns or 'go backs' instead of jumping onto another register and getting the customers out in a timely manner. No sense of customer service, leadership or sense of urgency whatsoever. There were 5 people ahead of me and then 7 behind me and one poor cashier with a positive attitude trying his best to get the customers taken care of. Store manager.....not at all. That one star goes to that cashier (Martin or Mario, sorry I was too annoyed watching the manager just sit there and ignore the outrageous long line to catch the cashiers name). Shame on you and corporate needs to evaluate your store management again cuz he's clearly not the person running a store. ??

This dollar tree is located directly next to half-price books in a strip center. The things I like about this location is the fact that you can get greeting cards, gift bags, craft items and seasonal items cheaper than anywhere else in retail. They do offer a decent amount of food, snacks and seven refrigerator/freezer doors. They do have arts+ crafts supplies and you can get helium balloons for just a mere $1.50 each. Yes, the quality of the goods here may be lacking, but for no frills pricing you really can't beat it.
