Young kid working today around 6 was rude to customers. He told an older lady to make sure to put up her basket before she could even grab her bags! He needs to learn some customer service

Tried getting a job there, instead of the manager saying no, which her asst already saying they are hiring, the manager strung me along, saying she pushed my application thru, heard nothing, contacted her n she's telling me that my email is wrong n that she tried sending me for the background check. If my email was wrong, please tell me why I received my reference number and email is correct on my application. Now she doesn't want to return my calls. No worries, no wonder they can't keep employees n stores are always in shambles

Usually I don’t give bad review to business but yesterday I was disappointed by the rude behavior of the cashier/clerk at checkout. Her name was bahir. She was rude and argumentative. I asked for restroom for my daughter.she is 8 year old. It was emergency situation. The cashier bahir told we don’t have restroom key for her. We lost the key. I asked where you all workers go if you lost restroom key. She told me they have employees restroom. She refused to give employees restroom key to my daughter. I have worked in retail and I know they do lie about restroom. I mean customer satisfaction should be their number 1 priority.but I was not seen there. As the cashier was rude and didn’t exchange 1 dollar bill with quarters. I hope business like chain store should pay more attention to customer satisfaction. Employees should be given more training so that they are nice and polite to customers.

BEWARE of false accusations and racial profiling!!!!
When shopping me and my friend were accused of stealing on 10-5-2024. As we were in the candy isles, we saw the store security guard taking multiple pictures of us from the front of the store. We proceeded to go to the checkout line and the security guard moved from the front of the store by the door to the register we were in line at. Since the security guard was still staring at us, I approached him and inquired if he was taking pictures of us and he told me he would talk to us after we checked out. I was uncomfortable with pictures being taken of me so I left the cart of items and walked to the front of the store to speak with the security guard. The first thing the security guard said to us was "Are you checking out from here? You guys have stuff inside the purses". Me and my friend were extremely taken aback by the accusations, and we expressed that we did not put anything in our purses, nor have we ever stole anything. The security guard proceeded to say that we have been caught on camera stealing, and the cashier Demetria also stated that she seen us last week and we were caught on camera and that she never forgets anyone's face in front of the entire packed store. This entire interaction was caught on video by my friend and I can send it in as documentation. The security guard also advised us we had to leave and not come back or he would call the police and have us trespassed. This was the most embarrassing traumatic experience we have ever encountered. I have never been racially profiled in my life until today. We were accused of a crime just because they felt like the people on camera looked liked us but all they had to do was check the cameras again and they could see it wasn't us! We were not even in the store last week. This entire interaction is extremely unjust and disheartening. We are looking for this situation to be properly handled and rectified.

I have no issues with the brand or the store itself. However, my experience with a cashier named Dimitria was extremely unpleasant. Upon entering the store with my 3-year-old son, he touched a toy. Suddenly, a voice over the speaker announced, "Do not let children play with toys in the store, I can see everything on the camera!"
I approached the cashier to ask if this announcement was directed at me, only to find her and two other employees mocking me. Everyone has children, and it's unreasonable to expect a child not to touch a toy, especially since I intended to purchase it. No customer wants to be ridiculed while shopping. This was a very negative experience, and I would advise others to avoid this store because of such behavior
Little advice: fire Dimitria before she causes you to close the store, Apparently I'm not the only person who complains about her, look at the reviews.

First of all they should offer no star in which is what I really would have given. My husband and I went into the store and the cashier was extremely rude using gustavo tactics telling us to leave our back pack at the front her name is demetria on 4/20/24 at 14:30 transaction number 022957/022957 we complied I got nervous about leaving important information and my wallet unattended so my husband went back to the bag mean while I went down the aisles trying to get what I went in there for. My husband simply let her know that there was another person whom she didn't not say the same thing to he was Hispanic we are white then she preceded to lash out at my husband I was in line when my husband had enough of her mouth and walked out of the store. While I was in the line she did nothing but barade my husband to the other customer's and threaten to kick my husband out of the store she was accusing my husband of talking bad to her yet she was the one. Believe me I know my husband's voice I did not hear his voice only hers yet she thinks she has the power to disrespect customer's like that no because we had a backpack we were appatlrently trash in her eyes. Guess what I will give this store a bad review even if I go past it now without going in. I have been upper management in my career and let me explain something she needs to be severely reprimand if not fired and that would happen if I was her manager.

Horrible location to many homeless and people just stealing all the time. I shaw a person eating can food in the store and then leave the empty can. The just walk out.
I see security out side. I wish they had them inside. I shaw a guy with a machete in the store last week scared the hell out of me. I don't think I will be shop at this location any more.
