PROS: Extremely easy to get a prescription.CONS: The worst service I have ever experienced. Think of Dr. Freeman as the DMV receptionist of psychiatrists - high temperament and incredibly poor work ethic.

This clinic is not your mom's clinic - it's way better. Thoughtful touches abound, from the exam rooms, to all the extra services like Hippo Hydrate IV therapy sessions with a zero gravity chair. I love Dr. Freeman and her staff.

I went in to get a routine matter taken care of and earlier in the day I had sliced my thigh open with a carpet knife. It didn't seem like that big of deal when I did it, but in the doctor's office, I showed it to Celeste and we could see it was cut down to the muscle, so Celeste whipped out her sewing kit and she and Josh stitched it up. Later, I did some d*** maneuver and pulled out a couple of the stitches, so the next day I went back in and Celeste restitched me up. If I'd gone to an ER for this I might still be there. No offense to ER's. (They are busy with sucking chest wounds or whatever.) Just pointing out that you can get bad cuts stitched up at Downtown Doctor.

Dr. Freeman’s bedside manner and management of my healthcare needs are excellent. Celeste and Josh are always so nice when I interact with them.

Dr. Was not aware Hydrogen Peroxide IVs existed , but was sure they were dangerous. The body uses Hydrogen Peroxide to fight infection before forming antibodies. These IVs have been successful for Influenza since 1920. She also has a delusion about glutathione being dangerous. She went on to explain what Vitamin C is lol. Steer clear of Dr.s ignorant of basic treatments with a century of successful use. Selling Vitamin C at 1,000 times the cost is not healing people.

Where do I start. Submitted a bill for a pee test for adderal I never took now it's in collections. Charged my roommates card for $500 without her consent. Do not go here. Believe the reviews please.

$189 per month for 'concierge' service ie they don't answer the phone and send out your medications late or whenever they feel like it. Read the reviews off of Yelp on this place as I feel they much more accurately reflect my own personal experience with this place compared to the reviews on here.So you have the $189 monthly fee (with no receipt just charging your card every month whether you utilize their services or not)...PLUS $89 per "condition" per visit so I hope you aren't sick or else this place will treat you like an ATM machine. This isn't bad, you might say. "I have a great health plan with a low deductible." Too bad they "don't take insurance" except yeah no they DO. I filed for a claim from my insurance company to get reimbursed and they sent the money to Celeste M. Pitts instead of me. So they got paid TWICE for the visit not to mention the ludicrous monthly fee. I asked them why (my insurance company) and they clearly explained that Celeste M Pitts has a CONTRACT with my insurer thus they can only pay the provider and not the patient. Well that contradicts what they say about not taking insurance. It's obvious their transition to not accepting insurance was not properly planned and executed. If you aren't going to take insurance, so be it, but at least if you are charging these "concierge" prices have the sense to formally cancel your contracts with the major insurance companies. I have to make calls and go through insurance headaches now because this office failed to properly exit their insurance contracts not just Dr. Freeman but for Celeste. I cannot believe what a true rip off this place is. It's really infuriating actually. Not even once have I walked into this place without feeling like a walking ATM machine instead of a human being. Maybe the first few times I was disillusioned and felt pretty good. However since they botched their pivot to "concierge medicine" without the preparations necessary to do that not the quality of basic customer service to back that up, it's been horrible having to deal with this place and I can't stand the $189 monthly fee. They hooked me in for $40 per month and suddenly raised it 3x overnight with one short email announcing it. I honestly don't care if they get mad at me and refuse me as a patient for writing this review. I am so frustrated by them anyways I need a reason to switch. I have of course tried to work out all these issues with the front desk. But have been ignored in spite of telling them before several times that I will write a negative Google review if I continue to experience such horrible service.

I LOVE Dr. Freeman and her staff — Celeste and Josh. They are thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely care about proactive wellness.I got a flu shot and an IV packed full of immune boosting vitamins last week, as well as a steroid shot, and THANK GOODNESS I did. My child tested positive for the flu Monday afternoon and I’ve been able to care for her instead of also being bedridden with the flu. When I called the office to let the school know my daughter would be staying home a few days, I was informed the flu is tearing through Eanes and AISD right now (kinda early).Flu shot and IV SAVED ME this year — highly highly recommended.Big Thanks again to Dr. Freeman, Celeste, and Josh!!

Edit 10/17/22: I have now had to file a grievance with my insurance provider as well as file a complaint with the Texas Medical Board because this practice owes me money and has blatantly ignored my requests to refund overpayment. The incompetence is astounding.Dealing with the non-existent billing department has been an absolute nightmare and they still owe me for copay overpayments, which is in direct violation of Texas state codes. Dr. Freeman herself has hung up on me when I tried to get help with resolving the overpayment issue. According to other reviews, this is common habit of Dr. Freeman's.My health was actively made worse by this provider and I am really disappointed that I went here for as long as I did. I was a patient here while experiencing the worst health of my entire life. I went to the office during excruciating pain episodes, desperate for help. They *do not* have a sufficient enough understanding of endometriosis (as evidenced by Googling my complaints in front of me during an office visit) and should have referred me out knowing that they could not provide the knowledgeable care and support I needed. They *do not* thoroughly investigate symptoms. They did not help me beyond prescribing me pills and unnecessary antibiotics until I was able to get surgery. I was consistently met with most unbothered, flat affect from the providers despite my vulnerable state.I think my favorite interaction was the one where my provider said "well she needs to help you! you need to ask what she is gonna do to help you!" in regards to my OBGYN. Girl, what are YOU gonna to to help me!?Check their Instagram and TikTok to see what they're about. A stereotypical botox and xanax pill mill. Go elsewhere and heed the other negative reviews if you value in-depth investigative, compassionate, personalized healthcare. They flag negative Google Maps review and flood them out with bogus 5-star reviews, so make sure to check Yelp.

Dr. Freeman is simply the best. She listened to me with care and I felt so much better walking out of there. She gives such a great care and makes “going to the doctor” a treat.

Such a pleasure working with Dr Freeman and her staff! Everyone was both friendly and efficient. I especially appreciated the time and attention given me; so very different from my usual managed health care experience where one is limited to 10 or 15 minutes per appointment. This first appointment addressed my most pressing concerns and I left feeling heard, informed, and cared for. I look forward to working with Dr Freeman on my overall situation during my next visits.
