Highly recommend. Dane did a great job getting me in quickly and I got my mirror fixed very quickly. Nice clean shop. Wi-Fi and nice lobby. Friendly staff - especially Kris too!! Beautiful BMWs getting repaired there. Felt safe too as a lady to go to the shop. And they do oil changes! I will be back.

My 2010 Mercedes had a litany of issues, so much so I believed my car to be possessed. Over the last couple months Dane and his staff have made close to, if not over, 10 major repairs which have completely rehabilitated the old girl back to tip-top shape. The Dr. Beemer team was thorough, efficient, and provided unmatched customer service that I cannot thank them more for. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop for any repair your car needs!

I had a great experience at Dr Beemer
The service was excellent. The technicians quickly identified the issue with my brakes. Dane was very professional and took the time to explain what needed to be done and why, which I really appreciated.
Dane is trustworthy and providing high-quality service. I’ll definitely be returning for any future auto needs and would highly recommend them to others!

Dane was the guy who helped me! Walked in for a quote on a fix I was quoted $270 for and he opened up the shop literally after hours and saved me a lot of money saying it was a quick fix for him. Honorable and top tier service would 1000x recommend Dr. Beemer’s south Austin location for sure!!

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Beemer, specifically Dane. My parents were visiting from out of town and their BMW was having problems that made it unable to drive. Dane completed a thorough evaluation of the car. He was able to explain the situation in an accessible way and devised a solution that was financially sustainable. The car was fixed quickly and my parents felt completely taken care of. We highly recommend Dane. He is personable, kind, and trustworthy. Looking forward to returning to Dr. Beemer in the future and telling our friends and family.

I took my car in today for the first time for what I thought was a pretty major oil leak.
I was able to make an appointment. Dane was ready and waiting for me when I got there.
A couple of hours later, I got a call that the “major oil leak” I was ready to pay for was actually a $10 part that needed replacing.
They took great care of me AND my car.
Dr. Beemer is absolutely my new repair shop. As crazy as it sounds, I look forward to my next maintenance appointment! ?

Definitely will be coming back. I took my 340i for A/C and they had my car fixed and ready the same day! The manager was super chill about letting me use my own cabin filter too! Great service overall!

The service the guys at this shop offer is truly unmatched.
I had a random incident happen with my car while it was in their care, and they acted quickly to not only repair it *plus*, but they ensured I was provided a rental car at no additional cost & covered the cost of the repairs that were needed.
The owner even stepped in to make sure I was happy & that the repairs were to his own personal standards.
They were so accommodating, thoughtful, & kind.
Outside of that freak accident, I had called to discuss my car issues and was met with an educational approach and willingness to explore all options with me and recommended a more common solution that I wasn’t even aware was an option. And saved me hundreds of dollars.
Being a woman navigating the car industry is stressful sometimes. But I will always endlessly trust this shop. Especially Dane! Loyal customer from here on out!
P.S. I can’t remember the name of the guy that I got the rental keys from, but he made me feel like we’ve been friends forever. Seriously, unmatched customer service.
