Purchasing my VW from Drive 512 Auto Ranch was honestly the least stressful car purchase I have ever made. Both Bryan and Tommy were super helpful and understanding - they made the entire experience effortless. The car charger that came with my car was giving me some issues, however; after informing Bryan I had a new charger sent to my house literally the next day. Their care and dedication to customer satisfaction extends even beyond the initial car purchase. I could not recommend this dealership enough!

Tommy and Brian were amazing! We worked with Brian and he was so professional and a pleasure to talk to. Brian worked so fast and was consistent with communication. Best experience I’ve had with a car dealership I highly recommend.

Got a (new) to me car from here today, Tommy and Brian were super helpful, and didn't give me the vibe they were trying to take advantage of me for more money. For anyone worried about the car buying experience, and the hassle of salesmen, I recommend 512 Auto Ranch. All around great experience! To add to the experience I said the tires looked a little warn, and they got new tires on, and ready before I was done with all the paperwork!

This is my 2nd experience with Bryan at Drive512 and both experiences have been great for me. He doesn’t try to act like someone he’s not; unlike most other salespeople I’ve come across. Patient and worked with me and my credit situation both times to put me in a car I wanted; not just any car I could get approved for. If you’re looking for a good and honest local used car lot, Drive512 is the one for you!

I love Bryan and Tommy at 512 auto ranch... Bryan was the salesman and Tommy is the owner ... these guys are GOOD people and not Wolves in sheep's clothing. They will work with you in every aspect of the purchase from credit to making sure the vehicle is reliable.
Bought a 2019 Chevy Express G2500 for $15k less than my previous van which was a 2018 of the same model. Only minor cosmetic damages with a great engine and interior. Very happy with the whole process and would highly recommend.

I was emailing with a Bryan Goodwill about a car on their lot and website listed for sale. He told me the car needs to be checked by their mechanics before I could test drive. I didn't hear from him for a week, and then received an email notification that the car had been sold. I never even got the chance to see it or test drive. I would have bought at their asking price, cash no trade in.Bad experience for me, don't recommend these guys.

I bought a truck from these people and it had so many problems it was unreal! They spent almost 2 months trying to fix the issues but couldn’t seem to get it right cause the same problems kept happening. I lost out on so much work and time because of this I almost lost my job. Not only that but they never stuck to their word on anything and just drug the situation out like crazy!! Finally I got them to buy the truck back for the most part but still owe me almost $800 and from the looks of it I won’t see that money.This was definitely the worst vehicle experience I’ve ever had and I recommend steering clear of this place!!

when buying second car salesman confused me and possible himself. last car paid half down then when my social came in paid other half of down! he took all of down at once! same company different salesman! when I called off the deal because of his behavior and defect with car they say I can't! fire ***** ******** had too small front tire causing shake and wore out other front tire!
