Waited for 10 minutes while one sales person checked out a single customer. The manager or lead called up another employee who was packaging items. She called him three times and he never came to assist me. A fourth worker did something else even though more customers lined up behind me. I ended up leaving and ordering the boots online.

There isn't much variety in small sizes and outside of that it is very expensive!

Wanted to give a big shout out to Destiny for her excellent customer service skills. It’s rare these days that anyone goes out of their way to help and to do it with a smile. I wanted a pair of shoes but couldn’t find my size. She located them in the store and brought them to me. Then let me know about a coupon to save money. Thanks, Destiny.

I received some running shoes on Saturday. I tried to run in them on Sunday. They were terrible and unsupportive. I attempted to return today(Wednesday) 3 days from time of delivery. I was refused the return. The reason “these shoes look worn”. I responded that they were for the 1 run I attempted in them in order to know that I would be able to run in them properly. They stated “Sorry these look worn this is store policy.” I’m not sure what sort of training is given to management these days but unfortunately this is why Amazon is putting places like this out of business and why they have lost a customer in me today. I will be getting that return (I will just have to put in the additional work to call customer service and get a label and mail them back) however this has been a massive time suck and here is the question I cannot seem to understand with regards to their policy. How do you know if a running shoe will work if you don’t run in it?

I've come here a few times looking for shoes. The place is pretty big, and they have a huge selection. Although I think their prices are expensive, they are still a little less than an actual VANS, or SKETCHERS, or NIKE, store. I have bought sandals/flip-flops, from their clearance racks, and they are still $50.00. I have a pair of ADIDAS that I bought last year, and although I don't wear them daily, they still look new and have held up over the year. Today I wanted a pair of black flats for work, and to use my birthday reward of $5.00 And even with the $5.00 off, and tax free weekend, I still paid $55.00 for just basic black flat shoes. The line was about 20+ people deep, but it moved quickly. The gentleman that cashed me out was very nice. I told him that I had a $5.00 birthday reward. He asked for my phone number, and saw that I had $5.00. I asked if he would please put it towards my purchase today. Of which he did. I paid for my shoes, and he was so kind to say, thank you for waiting. Pretty good experience overall.

Very unorganized and unprofessional. Ordered shoes to be picked up within two hours and didn’t not get an update. After 24 hours I called and sat on hold for over 30 minutes while 3 people passed the phone around asking me the same questions. By the time someone finally had an answer she told me they didn’t have the shoe in the store and that she could not cancel my order.

I won't return. #1. Your staff need customer service training and need to treat ALL customers and ALL races with respect.#2. You have shoes on the shelf that are raggedy and you're trying to sell them for hundreds of dollars, NO! Some of your shoes were shipped messed up and they're still not on sale enough. #3. Way too expensive for the quality! #4. It was 2 days before Christmas and you only had 2 checkers and a line of 20 people. Ridiculous! If you don't care about retaining your customers then your customers can go elsewhere!
