I ordered my dad a jacket for Christmas and there was a small mix-up with the order. I reached out after Christmas, and David responded within minutes the very next day. He immediately sent out the correct jacket and told us to keep the extra one they accidentally sent — on them — and even asked if there was anything else he could help with.
That’s truly over-the-top customer service. On top of that, Duck Camp makes great-quality gear that actually lives up to the price. Can’t recommend them enough.

Great people and great products. I have several pieces of Duck Camp gear and they're all well made. I had one of my game bags destroyed on a barbed wire fence and called to buy a replacement and they more than accommodated me to make sure I was able to use the belt. I will continue to support them and buy their products.

Non-existent customer service and support. My mom bought me a gift and unfortunately it was too small. I’ve tried for weeks getting someone to answer my calls, emails, and even a text. Do NOT recommend.

My brother and I bought my grandpa two hats here years ago. It wasn’t a planned gift, just an omg we have to get this for him moment. It was him and we both knew it immediately. My brother just told me my grandma said he wears one of them every single day. No one ever sees him without his hat. He’s old and sick, and an amazing man, that’s had a rough go. One day I’m going to ask my grandma if I can have that hat back. I love that hat.

THE COOLEST HAT IVE EVER OWNED!I wanted to leave review on website but couldn’t. I’ve recently purchased Large Mouth Bass hat so cool! I want to acquire the collection. I do have one request smallmouth bass and northern pike/musky or LMB in different colors. Ps love the old school look!!!

During the hectic holiday shopping season, the person who answered the phone was incredibly helpful and friendly. He helped my wife find the shirt I wished for and arranged for its arrival before Christmas. Made for a very Merry Christmas! Great customer service! Thank you.

Fabulous customer service!! An error was made with my order during shipping. They were courteous when I called and sent out the correct items with expedited shipping.Their shirts are soft and warm. They hold up well after multiple washings.

I offshore fish pretty much every weekend and I had a really hard time finding a light weight rain jacket that breathed well and did not suffocate me in the heat... Bought the squall 3 last year and I take it with me in my bag every trip. I love it! I recently had an issue (more than likely user error...) and they replaced it on the spot no questions asked. I have never experienced customer service like that with a quality product product that did not take 3 months to resolve. These guys made a customer for life! Also, they now make short kid shorts! Very Excited!!!
