Fabulous customer service!! An error was made with my order during shipping. They were courteous when I called and sent out the correct items with expedited shipping.Their shirts are soft and warm. They hold up well after multiple washings.

I offshore fish pretty much every weekend and I had a really hard time finding a light weight rain jacket that breathed well and did not suffocate me in the heat... Bought the squall 3 last year and I take it with me in my bag every trip. I love it! I recently had an issue (more than likely user error...) and they replaced it on the spot no questions asked. I have never experienced customer service like that with a quality product product that did not take 3 months to resolve. These guys made a customer for life! Also, they now make short kid shorts! Very Excited!!!

Nice store, quality goods with super-soft fabrics and attractive design. Can't tell if it's aiming at the hipster crowd or the hunting crowd or - maybe just in Austin - the hipster hunters? Like it in any case.

Everything is very high quality and great out in the field. The doves stand no chance when I bust out my brush pants and I’m never afraid of rips or tears because they’re so durable. This store is also always fun to visit. Everyone who works at this location is a pleasure to interact with and always so incredibly helpful. You definitely won’t regret paying them a visit.

I recommend doing business with Duck Camp 110%. Their customer service and satisfaction is top notch. Due to supply shortage my order arrived with an item missing. I reached out to them on Facebook and got a reply same day.. They offered to refund or replace with a different item. They replaced my item with a more expensive item and shipped it right away! I've since ordered the Woodland Camo bibs. Thank you for taking care of your customers and I love the Woodland Camo for whitetail hunting in Tennessee!
