The staff were very helpful and friendly during my visit. Everyone took the time to point out different sections and things on sale. Both visits to the north austin location have been wonderful!

I would give this place 4 stars hands down. But today out of all days I asked if they did a military discount and the guy who worked there told me NO quickly. Now I spend a lot of money at DXL's so any discount I can get hey I'll take it especially this day and age, but I'd rather that you found out for sure before just saying no because you didnt know. Its like people say if you dont know the answer just tell them to hang on and go find out what the correct answer is. I went to the Round Rock outlet location and found everything I needed and was told they do military discount with a smile and eagerness to saying yes. Thank you Round Rock location and too the two women who work there!!

Not the most affordable place, but I love DXL. ALWAYS friendly and helpful. And it's a true big and tall store. You will walk out with a few bags.

I cannot say enough good things about LaTaaka. It's always a stressful thing for me to get new clothes, and I had to get a whole suit for a funeral. LaTaaka was patient, kind, funny, and so so helpful from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I walked in a nervous wreck and I walked out with a super gorgeous, well fitted suit. Amazing experience, will be back.

Give Lorie a raise! She made my husband feel comfortable when buying his first suit. She was amazing great customer service! She was just fantastic and she was also helping other guests while she was helping us she was on it!

Got in a jam , needed a shirt quickly.
I was referred to DXL big and tall and Gabriel and lorie took time to Help me find the correct shirt, right size. and the right price.
They were awesome! I recommend this place to anybody that is big and tall. Really good experience
