We took our 2012 Jeep Wrangler here for some issues we were having. Everyone there is very nice. This is an honest transmission shop that we will use again when the time comes. I highly recommend them!

It’s upsetting to have had a transmission be rebuilt at this shop, just to later have it go bad and find out that we were scammed. We had a 68rfe transmission rebuilt to a “stage 3” and after 20k miles after the first service Eagle performed the transmission took a dump. Took it to a local shop only to find out that all the “performance” upgrades that were done were just done on paper. If you want to rebuild or modify your transmission, I would go elsewhere! They will rob you at Eagles transmission!!!!!!

Tim came though. Had a 1996 F250 work truck with a burnt out transmission. Before he would call the job complete, he made sure the problem that led to the breakdown was fixed. That proved to be an electrical issue outside the transmission and took a while to diagnose and get repaired. Tim and his crew got the problem fixed, and the truck is back to work.

I would give them a zero if I could. Very rude and vague. I don't believe the other reviews which are probably written by a marketing company. You can't be that rude to one guy and not everyone else. Stay away!

Took my truck to get the transmission fixed just for it to get sent to auto tek because I was told there was a wiring issue when all autotek had told me it was that I had a bad battery so after spending 700 dollars there still taking it back to eagle transmission. I got a quote for 5-6 grand to replace which was honest and good price I had found somewhere a bit cheaper so after going and picking my truck up or atleast trying to cause after I was told I could go pick it up at any time when getting there with the trailer to get my truck was told that they had cars they were blocking it and that I had to wait after close which wasn’t for hours then to get there and see my door panel was torn and broken way out of place ,which it was getting stuck but wasn’t broken and wondering how it got broken the way it was when the whole first time having it there and having it towed the amount of times I did back and fourth between auto shops it stayed in good shape. So overall bad experience for my first time there.

I'm updating my review to 5 stars because Tim made things right by having my car detailed. (I had my car's transmission replaced, and would rate that 5 stars; however, they returned my car with either grease, oil or mud smeared into the carpet, on the inside arm rest area, and a tacky steering wheel.)

When my repair facility said I had transmission issues, I asked if they knew of any HONEST transmission repair shops. The only one they suggested was Eagle. I am glad they did. The evaluation was free, and they could have easily charged me for an expensive repair. However, they were honest about a loose wire that was quickly reattached. Thank you Eagle for your integrity, it’s pretty rare.

Good people. Honest and helpful. Even though I didn't get my car fixed here (cost exceeded the value of the car [2010 Chevy Equinox]) they were helpful in explaining to me what the issue was and what my options were, even if it wasn't with them. Great customer service.
