So besides the guy acting like a racist POS calling me white trash when I'm mexican and italian so that's kind of funny the argument that I just got in this guy with was because I'm in the middle of doing a pickup for doordash and he's refused to give me a receipt which I need for an order like this because it's alcohol and if the customer doesn't have idea or anything like that to show I have to bring the order back and guess what if I don't have the receipt to bring the order back he's going to try and deny me for the turn it so now I have to go do it actually explain to them what happened and explain what's going to happen if I can't bring the order back I wholeheartedly hope they lose their account with them because of the stuff like this it gets put on my account as if it's fraud if I don't return it or if I don't complete the delivery cuz then I'm stuck with two bottles of alcohol that I don't want cuz I don't drink I mean don't get me wrong I'll have a beer. I don't need two bottles of champagne especially I don't drink

Used DoorDash to order Real Hard Seltzers from East 1st Grocery last night. The store had them ready for my driver, who picked them up quickly. Unfortunately, when delivered, they had given the driver Real Ale IPAs (not even remotely the same thing). After 30 minutes with DoorDash support, I got them to send a new driver to the store and re-order the seltzers. After over an hour, my new driver picked up the order, made another order dropoff first and then arrived with... another case of Real Ale IPAs. I let the driver know this had already happened before, and I wouldn't be accepting the order. They were super cool and said they'd let DoorDash know. I asked if they themselves picked out the alcohol, and they said that the store had it ready for them.3 hours of dealing with this and no booze. I'll definitely order from a different store in the future.

Bought 1 4-pack and 4 singles of the same beer and was charged an extra $4 because the singles were not in a 4 pack

Well I’m trying to find the brand Milk King milk and your only places listed as an option past 11pm. You hung up on me when I kept trying to repeat what your saying to clarify and now your continuing to ignore my phone call. Trying to avoid a trip across town for no reason. Maybe your bad reviews aren’t so far off. I’m a local. Give me break.

Finally a gas station that actually cares about a solid beer selection and when it was canned or bottled on. THANK YOU for not having the normal selection!

I'm new to Austin from the northeast and damn, am I glad I bumped into this place. This surprising little gem in East Austin is easily one of the best beer stores I've visited in the country. It may have an overall smaller selection than stores such as Spec's or Total Wine, but the size of the selection is comparable, and we are talking quality over quantity here: stand outs include unique selections from Pairie Artisan Ales, Cigar City Brewing, and possibly the widest offering from Bruery Terreux that I've seen outside of their Anaheim, CA brewery. If you're looking for new beer recommendations, talk to Sam; he's friendly and a great source! The prices are fair; not insanely marked up like other beer hotspots of similar quality. If you're a beer fanatic like myself and haven't been here, then I highly recommend you swing by and support this outstanding local business. Bonus: The B's Kitchen, one of the best food trucks in all of Austin, sits on the property of the store!!

This place is so good I'm willing to drive up from Round Rock just to shop here. They have an all star selection of craft beer (cans and bottles) and I love that I can find things no one else in Austin has. They are also super friendly and great about posting what good, new beer they get which occurs regularly. I've heard they have great ice cream selection too but so far, I've only tried milk but that came from local farmers which is cool. They also have a cool mosaic and a local food truck out front that are both worth checking out.
