What a lovely place! The history of the restaurant, the service, the food. Our waiter Sam was very knowledgeable and shared with us the story behind the name of the restaurant and the details of the interior design. He also has a special talent when it comes to eloquently describing the process of making different dishes. He deserves a promotion or a bonus! ;)Also special thank you to the chef Audrey for delicious food and its outstanding presentation. Will definitely come back when we visit Austin next time!P.S. They also charged our phones;)

This has become my absolute favorite restaurant. The food is to die for. Everything about this place, the food, the service, the atmosphere was amazing. Sam was our server and he was so friendly and super helpful. The executive chef here made the most amazing food. I cannot rave about this place enough. You need to try!

The food and service were great! A fine dining experience in Austin. They also carry a bunch of vegetarian options, and they are flavorful. I didn't care for the broccolini as much, though. The atmosphere was a bit loud for a fine dine experience, hence the 4 stars. The price point makes it a place for celebrations, and I would go back for another occasion.Vegetarian options: They carry a bunch of vegetarian options, and they are flavorful. I didn't care for the broccolini as much, though. I thoroughly enjoyed the charred cabbage.Parking: Valet is your best bet

Brunch was always a delight here so tried the dinner service. Impeccable service. Dinner offerings are lackluster. Drinks were interesting. The Jap Milk rolls were drenched in so much salt I had to actually wipe them off to eat them. In contrast the deviled eggs needed seasoning. Lastly, the noodles on the dinner entree were too al dente. Stick to brunch if you visit Eberly.

The atmosphere and food are excellent. Service was a bit slow for an off night, but overall excellent choice. The short rib entree was as good as advertised.

First impressions walking into the restaurant was that it was very nice. I saw they had a coat check rack, but they didn’t check my coat, unsure why. They sat us in the tavern area which looks a bit more social than the regular dining area. It was just two of us but we were sat at a 6 seater. Not particularly a bad thing, but was just interesting for a date. Ordered the mussels as our app which was pretty good. We ordered our mains at the same time but it took a really long time to get our food. My boyfriend had to get up and ask where our food was. I got the short ribs. They weren’t as soft and tender as i would have liked. I’ve definitely had better short ribs elsewhere. It was also starting to go a bit cold when I finally got my food, not a fan of that. My boyfriend ordered the pasta. I didn’t try his dish but they charged an extra $12 for essentially one grilled chicken tender, which i think is absolutely ridiculous. Our water was constantly refilled which was nice. Overall this restaurant was mid at best. I’m glad I tried it but I don’t think I will go back.

Pros: nice touch with the free valet parking, cool bar they brought from NY, really interesting dining spaces (we sat in the glass atrium). Food was tasty and our waiter was lovely. Good cocktails.Cons: acoustics make it pretty loud regardless of where you sit. the front desk person was oddly cold/not very welcoming (a bit of a too cool for school vibe).Ordered: short rib (not super fall off the bone like a braised, but it was still good), seafood pasta, pasta minus the sausage, salmon with crispy rice cake. And some vegetables (potatoes — very good — and butternut squash, which was okay) as sides.Good place for a group / special occasion as well for dinner. There were at least a couple of birthdays around us.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian in our group got one of the pastas without the sausage and said it was really flavorful (so didn’t seem like an ingredient was missing).

Was okay, the place is beautiful. But nothing special about the food.

I ate at the Eberly for a work dinner. It was pretty good. The drinks were good. The potato appetizer/small plate is amazing. I was underwhelmed by my pasta, it was not as bright and flavorful as I expected.

I’ve gone here on and off for many years. First time I’ve gone in last few years. We were the last couple there and met Tommy. It was outstanding. Food, service, drinks, atmosphere. Hard to beat this place.

I went for dinner to celebrate my friend birthday. The food was very very delicious: we got red snapper and New York strip. The stuff members were friendly. My only complain is that it is dark: the table we sit on didn’t have a pendant light as the other tables. They have a valet parking, make sure to have cash for tips.

Absolutely delicious food and creative, unique cocktails. The atmosphere is intimate and classy. Highly recommend the milk rolls, snapper, and sticky toffee on the current menu. My boyfriend and I will be back!

My nephew is getting married here, so we came to check it out. The place is gorgeous. It was a print shop made to a restaurant. They were kind to give us a tour of the areas the wedding would be taking place.Food was kind of hit or miss, though. I loved the mussels (forgot to take a photo), salmon and the bread too. However, I wasn't a fan of the appetizers.Service was excellent, and the place is truly spectacular. I would still come here for a special occasion as they have an amazing vibe to this restaurant.

How can a restaurant this beautiful serve such terrible food? Also, when I ordered the server brought double of every dish even though we didn’t ask him too. While slightly overweight, I’m not that fat that this should be an assumption. It’s more like he really wanted to punish us for eating here. Go for a drink at the stunning bar and eat elsewhere.
