I wish I could give 0 stars. I dropped off my down comforter on Friday 11/17/23. The front desk person said it would be ready in a couple days. Went in the following week to pick it up, “oh we’re closed on weekends so it’s not ready yet”. Ok that’s weird. Called/emailed the next week they said it’s getting mended because there’s a hole in it. Yes, I forgot it had a hole when I dropped it off, but they didn’t ask me if it was ok to send it off or tell me how much longer it would take. Every time I called or emailed the front desk people never had any answers and the manager was always unavailable no matter what time of day. TWO months later, I finally pick it up, the small hole was never mended, and it wasn’t cleaned.

Here is my experience. It's a good dry cleaners, but not great. It used to consistently get the stains out of my clothes, but not recently - not anymore. Oh, well. It's still an ok dry cleaners.

We have used eco clean a handful of times for our down comforter and dress shirts. It’s more expensive than a regular dry clean space but I think everything comes back cleaner so I’d rather pay more. I always pick up in person. Crazy to see other reviewers’ issues, but our experience has been pleasant for the last year.

Do NOT take your wedding dress to this establishment. I took mine here 4 months ago and still do not have it back. I have called 3 times, and they've given me the run around. I went directly there to just take it back, after lack of communication, and they said it wasn't there but they'd have the manager call me. They never did. At this point, I am looking into legal action if someone doesn't contact me about it's location soon. DON'T TAKE YOUR WEDDING DRESS HERE.

Incompetence and organizational issues.Eco clean kept my wedding dress for 3 months, then didn’t clean it because they didn’t realize it had a glitter on it that couldn’t be cleaned… instead of informing I had to call them repeatedly until they finally found and returned my dress. Otherwise it may have still been sitting in their warehouse. To this day I am still waiting on my refund for my wedding dress restoration (that wasn’t performed) of almost 500 dollars. I call almost every day. Unfortunately, all of the employees are kind and accommodating, however there however seems to be a huge organizational issue from the top down that’s affecting their business, and I sincerely hope they figure it out.

My first experience with EcoClean was a good one! My fiancé needed his suit and dress shirt pressed before our wedding. Initially I went to the Freidrich lane location (which is where they send the clothes off to be cleaned, oops!) but they were able to assist me and process my clothes and were extremely friendly.When my fiancé went to pick up the clothes at EcoClean on South Lamar, the order was not ready when they said it would be. This was frustrating, but they apologized for the error, marked it as a rush job, and had the clothes ready by open the next day.The employee even called to apologize and tell me that they had credited our order for the inconvenience, which definitely made up for the aggravation.All in all they are a company full of friendly and pleasant people who do good work and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. I will use them again!Services: General clothes drying

EcoClean is the only entity I trusted with our family heirloom -- a baptismal gown I christened my kids (and hopefully future grandchildren!) in, made from my wedding gown.EcoClean did a wonderful job treating some yellowing spots, and preserved the gown (plus booties, bonnet and other accessories) to be used in future memory making!

Quality of service is 5/5. A little more on the expensive side. Turnaround time average to above average. I got a comforter dry cleaned that was dropped off on a Friday. Was told I would be getting it back by the next Wednesday which was perfectly fine. Did not receive until the next Tuesday. Apparently the driver dropping off my comforter tried to call for gate code to get in apt complex the previous week. I cannot answer my phone at work and usually don’t answer numbers I don’t have programmed anyways. I never received a voicemail or email so never knew this was a problem anyways. Rating 4/5 for lack of communication about situation.

My clothes were not ready at the day/time they told me to pick them up. They had been dry cleaned but had not been brought from the plant. I was leaving town the next day for a family member's funeral and needed the clothes. The person at the counter was polite and tried to be helpful. She told me she would message the manager so that they could call early the next day and hopefully get my clothes for me before I left town. The next morning they didn't call so I called the store around 8:30 and several more times before I left town. They never called me and never answered the phone. I left town without the clothes.

I cannot recommend them.About 3 weeks ago I brought in 2 cashmere blouses to be cleaned. I think it was on the 27th of September. I was told they would be ready by Friday the 29th. I stopped by on Sunday the 1st of October. They had 1 blouse ready, but the other wasn't. The cashier said it was still at the cleaning facility, and he would call me back the next day to update me. He never called me back.I waited about a week and came back to see them, but they still didn't have the blouse. I was told it was still at the facility.On October 12, I went in and ask to know what had happened to my blouse. They can't find it. She contacted a few people by phone, and told me a manager would call me back the next day at 10am. On the 13th, I waited until afternoon, and as nobody called me back, I called them. They tried to transfer me to a manager, but the line rang and nobody picked up. I called again, was told, again, that they would contact a manager directly and have them contact me, but nothing.So, I'm left to conclude that they lost the blouse and do not want to deal with it. The cashiers were always nice, but management is absent, unreliable, and unreachable.

Agree with the recent reviews, terrible. Buyer beware. Do not bring anything of value to them to have them dry clean. I brought expensive bedding to them that they ruined. When I tried to speak to the manager, they told me numerous times he or she was busy and I never received a call back. I eventually got a refund through my credit card company after disputing the charge. However, I'll never get back a refund for the bedding. Even worse is when I told two other people about my experience, they too had used EcoClean and either had clothing or bedding ruined. Like me, they never got refunds.Services: General clothes drying

Ruined 2 brand new suits. Ripped at the seams and shrunk. They were defensive and claimed the suits were like that upon arrival… allowed them to attempt to fix the suits and when they were sent back they were “lost in the mail”.
