I am so glad to have found this place to service my Mercedes! Not only are they thorough, super quick and very courteous, but they didn’t try to push or upsell. They did a detailed inspection on my car, provided pictures and clear status of each area of concern, and made it clear what needed to be fixed now vs intermediate and longer term services. And did I mention super quick?! Love these guys. This is definitely my new go-to place for getting my Mercedes serviced.

Love them! They’re honest and do good work. I get a full detailed explanation on everything they check, what they recommend to be fixed, and the price breakdown for it all before approving what I pay for. They also follow up to make sure you’re happy with their work so great service. I feel like they charge fairly for their labor and really do try to get it done promptly. 10/10

I had the unfortunate circumstance of getting a flat tire right as I was driving down Fitzhugh at 290. Luckily, the staff at Edgestone were right there and helped me right away. The tire was irreparable, but they put the spare tire on for me and refused money when I asked how much for their help. These are good people and I will definitely go back when I need any work done on my car. Thank you!

I was extremely happy with my experience at Edgestone. I had a difficult time finding a shop to work on my 2006 Chrysler Crossfire. Austin's Chrysler dealerships would not touch it because it was more than 10 years old, and Mercedes would not touch it because it had a Chrysler name badge on it (even though it was basically a Mercedes product). Edgestone was a great help in diagnosing and repairing 3 electrical problems with my Crossfire. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions, and effectively solved all of the electrical problems. The Edgestone mechanic also performed a complete diagnosis of my car and made recommendations for future repairs. I highly recommend Edgestone Automotive.
