I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for delivery on Valentine’s Day and they were never delivered. I called the store multiple times and left voicemails with no response. I also filled out the customer service forms on the website and haven’t received a response from those either. Terrible customer service.

Worst edible arrangements ever!! They sent me an order confirmation and said my order would be here in a hour on June 19th it’s June 24th and I’ve been calling everyday and I got no answers and I even canceled my oreder and got no response!! Do not ever order here they are steeling peoples money and not giving it back not even corporate is answering the phone it says they are “busy” it’s a dam shame!! I went to the actual place and it’s a note on the door saying that they didn’t get pay their rent/ bills, so I’m guessing it’s closed. But the website for this location should not even be active! DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY PLZZ!!

DO NOT waste your money here! This was my first and only time ordering from her. My sister received this for her birthday, a regular ballon with permanent marker writing on it! Very unacceptable and embarrassing! No note was given either that I had wrote for her, I have requested a refund (this was expensive) through the official website because the location that delivered doesn’t answer the phone I’ve called many times, will update if I got a refund or not.

Do not ever expect this place to deliver anything! My order was never delivered, even though they sent a confirmation email saying that it was. From looking at the other reviews, this is a regular thing for them. Save yourself the grief and find somewhere else.

I am so upset my husband birthday was recent I ordered his cake online and payed 60 dollars and no cake I was like wow the whole birthday was ruined family came from out of town and no cake it’s unprofessional and no one can ever answer you have to go up there I won’t ever order from here again

My husband should have read these horrible reviews before placing his order. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER IN THIS PLACE EVER! My husband place an order for flowers and strawberries for Valentine's Day since February 9, 2024 and I never received it! He had to tell me since I was supposed to get them on Tuesday, but since they never arrived he had to tell me and of course he was extremely upset. We have been calling, emailing and trying to get a full refund since then and THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR REPLY TO ANY CLAIMS TO ISSUE A REFUND. WE WILL SUBMIT A CLAIM, AND WILL TAKE ANY LEGAL ACTION IF NEED BE TO GET OUR MONEY BACK! People like you should not have a business!

I read negative reviews and was even warned against purchasing anything from Edible Arrangements but I didn't heed to the warning, now I regret it. I had purchased a fruit and flower Bouquet worth nearly $300 (plus taxes) and what was delivered was a hand-size box with rotten strawberries that was immediately thrown away.It was an embarrassing 2024 Valentine and one I would always regret.Please save your money and avoid this company like plague !

I would not order from these folks for Valentine's. My staff has failed to receive their strawberries 2 yrs in a row. Will move on to Lames Candies or Amy's Ice Cream next year. Very disappointing to my staff. But they sure charged my CC

I've used this location twice and I regretted it both times.A couple of years ago I ordered a delivery online, and they confirmed it but then never delivered. After they missed delivery, I called the location multiple times but they never picked up their phone! I ended up calling Edible Arrangements national headquarters and they at least refunded me the cost, but that doesn't fully make up for not following through on the delivery after confirming it...Recently I decided to give this location a second shot, and I called them first to make sure they were actually operational. They did make the delivery, but they got the order wrong. I ordered a chocolate cake and they delivered a vanilla cake. I ordered birthday balloons and they delivered plain (solid-colored) balloons. At least it arrived, but it was disappointing.So I'm never ordering from this location again, and I recommend that you don't either. I'm too frustrated by the consistent disappointment and don't want anyone else's special occasion to be messed up by them.

Closest store was closed due to air conditioning issues. This store did an exceptional job picking up the slack. Answered the phone each time I called. Answered all questions I had. The arrangement was beautiful and the fruit was fresh and delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
