Recently my laptop was knocked off a lectern while the DVD drive was open, breaking the drive. I took the laptop to Elite Computing for repairs. I chose Elite because they had worked on that laptop before and did a great job. This time was no different. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They replaced the drive quickly and for a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them if needed.

I brought in my computer for help finishing a custom water cooled loop and cable management and was hoping for quality results based on the reviews. As it turns out, Doug, the owner is not very good at communicating to the point that I would have to constantly call him because he would give me a time that I could pick up my computer but then would not meet deadline he set and then not communicate to me why it was not finished (Which was something consistent over the course of two months). And then when the work was "done" I ended up having to do the cable management for myself as some of the rgb did not work and took me about 5-6 hours to diagnose and correct his mistake (which made me aware of the acute possibility that he doesnt even know what an rgb header looks like or how to use a spliter) and also the loop that I hired him to build failed within 24 hours of leak testing. Genuinely this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had and recommend to avoid elite computing at all costs for your computer and/or electronic needs. I would recommend Frankenstein computing instead.
