If we can leave this place 100 stars, we would! I can't thank Colby enough for the EXCELLENT customer service and his professionalism and knowledge! We came in to pick up my husband's bike and to check out what they had in stock. Was able to purchase one for myself and will be purchasing a third for our daughter. This is the place to go, and well worth the drive from Houston!! THANK YOU, COLBY!

Glad to have found a shop that specializes in BMX. I ordered some parts and was very happy with price, service, and shipping time. I got the parts within 24 hours and got exactly what I ordered. I definitely recommend Empire BMX and look forward to checking out the shop the next time I visit Austin.

Didn’t get the name of the gentleman who helped me yesterday but he was awesome! No pushy sales tactics, didn’t allow his advice for me to be influenced by his opinion. Just wanted to help find the right bike for me. I took home a Sunday EX Eric Elstran 2023. I was allowed to test ride a few of the showroom bikes in the parking lot to see if I liked a 20.75 vs a 21” top tube and to feel freecoaster vs cassette. Great experience. Highly recommend.

My husband loves this place. We drive down from Fort Worth a few times a year to buy things for his bmx bike or just some gear. It's a great store with top-notch products. Also, the staff there are pretty cool.

I’m from texas, now live in OKC, and still order from empire. There’s something about riding a bike with parts from empire that make the bike feel better. I’ll always have a bike that feels at home whatever state I’m in.

I had a great experience buying a bmx bike online for my son and picking up in the store. They were out of stock when I placed my order but were quickly communicative regarding that fact and prompt notifying me when it came back in stock and was ready for pickup. Customer service was excellent during my in-store experience picking up. Staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. 5 stars!

Nate helped me with my new bike, answered all my questions and gave me solid recommendations. Helped set up the bike and told me to come back in 30 days for a free “break in” tune up to make sure everything was working well. Really cool shop, super nice people, I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. Check these guys out!

Absolutely the greatest BMX shop around. The staff is incredible. Every time I have been in the store, they are eager to help and answer any questions I may have concerning parts. Recently had an item broken upon arrival from a mail order and they immediately sent out a replacement. Last time I was in Austin, I stopped in like I always do and the gentleman that helped me out also recommended some great record stores to check out. Cannot say enough great things about Empire.

Couldn't believe how quickly I got my tires. I live in Houston and have been waiting for a week for an online order from another supplier to even create a shipping label for my product. As I am building my bike this weekend I called Empire YESTERDAY at 4:15pm to ask how fast I could get my product if I ordered right then. I was surprised when he said TOMORROW. I ordered the tire 5 minutes later and got the tire delivered TODAY at 12:02 PM. WOW... As long as Empire has my next part I will never order anywhere else again. Thanks Guys for amazing service.

It is a very good store, the only thing I don't like is that they don't sell frames or bicycles that are for freestyle, they only sell street bikes.
