DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!THEY Sold me a car and claimed it had no damage. I paid to have it brought to town and when it got here I saw it had body damage the 1st time I looked at it on the lot. They told me they would fix it and instead GLUED it back together and when it fell apart weeks later they tried to say it was from me but I have pictures and writing that they were aware of the damage when I bought the car. They are refusing. To pay for my car to be fixed or fix it properly themselves. I took it in for a estimate today and ITS GOING TO COST OVER $3000. I am getting a lawyer and going to go from there.

Fabian was Extremely helpful in securing the exact model of Toyota I was after.

Fabian went out of his way to get me this model that wasn’t even on sale on the site yet. He’s very knowledgeable and was able to fill me in on every question I had about similar cars. Extraordinarily salesman. Highly recommend checking this place out. They’re 7 day policy is also wonderful!

I have had very BAD experience at this location. First, wr spoke with nice lady, and then MICHAEL took over. MICHAEL is a liar. He didn't tell me that the car had ONLY one KEY and didn't have FLOOR MATS either. There is not follow up at all with this issues. I had to take the car to Firestone car repair and there was not follow up. He doesn't care if I am happy or not about these situations.I have been waiting for for over two weeks now for the extra key. I had to call him and remind him about my key. He had forgotten. My wife recently took a trip and took my keys by mistake. Now, my car is sitting somewhere in the neighborhood next to the airport and the police ? gave me a warning to remove the car in 48 hours otherwise,they will take away on my own expenses. This would not have happened if MICHAEL would have given me my 2 keys. I bought the car to work, I have not been able to work because I have not key. ENTERPRISE doesn't care about this situation.they are not going to pay me what I LOST. They are not going to pay what spent getting new FLOOR MATS because it's raining and my car was getting dirty and because Everytime they program a key it has to be both otherwise the key which is not here won't work. So, who will PAY for my key to be reprogrammed again when I get my second KEY. I won't ever -ever recommend to make business with ENTERPRISE.

I've bought my last three cars from Enterprise because it is such a good experience. All their vehicles are vetted for safety and reliability and are well cared for. They don't force you into in-house financing, instead sourcing the best interest rates from multiple banks and allowing you to choose. There is no haggling and it all feels very fair.

Enterprise always treated me right when I rented so it came as no surprise when I received the same treatment from the car sales people.Very enjoyable experience! The whole process was very laid back as Megs Holder took her time explaining all my options. There was no pressure whatsoever. She showed me a Toyota Camry which is everything I was looking for in my next vehicle. I plan to hold on to my car for a very long time but when I am ready to buy again I will be going to Enterprise!
