I’ve always had good experiences with Enterprise, but this location was really disappointing—probably the worst one I’ve been to. Honestly, it felt like an “Enterprise Lite.”
First off, the place is hard to find—you blink and you miss it. The signage isn’t very clear from the frontage road. The rep who helped me wasn’t rude, but he came across monotone and robotic, like he was just going through the motions. I actually recognized his voice from when I booked over the phone, and he was already trying to upsell me to an SUV. I told him I just wanted something comparable to what I drive (a Camry or Altima). He said no problem, but what I got was much smaller, smelled like cigarette smoke, and still had water dripping from a quick wash.
To make things worse, the car only had a quarter tank of gas when I picked it up. I was told to return it at the same level, but call me old-fashioned—I think a rental should come full, clean, and smoke-free.
I also received a text saying I could use that thread if I had questions or needed help, so I responded right away asking about swapping the car for something closer to what I reserved. No one ever replied. That was especially frustrating because they set the expectation and then ignored it completely.
All in all, this location just didn’t measure up to the level of service I’ve come to expect from Enterprise. I still like Enterprise as a company, but I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone.

Customer service was excellent. I got rear ended and had to get a car while my vehicle was being repaired. They picked me up at the garage. the rental location is in the neighborhood. The car was clean and everything was functioning. This took away some of the feeling of anxiety I was experiencing. I will definitely use them again.
