The gentlemen here are awesome came to pick up a car around 1:30 pm on Sunday 4/6 they had a lack of inventory (I booked an small SUV) they only had two pickup trucks a few mins a later two other cars were returned. It was right about closing time for them and they cleaned and prepped one of the other smaller cars that came in. I didn’t feel comfortable driving the pickup truck but the guys gave me options to change the car later in the week had these other two cars not been returned in the nick of time! Cars are spotless and fueled.

Rented a car for the day, dropped off after hours where they told me. Next day, seven hours after they were open, called me and said damage was on the roof of the car. No damage when I dropped it off. Would not allow me to dispute it. Horrible customer service all around, especially from local agency that I rented from. Do not ever leave after hours nor rent from Enterprise.

Loved the staff here. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and respectful. Even when faced with rude or demanding customers they take their time but also acknowledge other customers and attempt to work things out from all sides. Top tier customer service even when they can’t control things.
My experience was so quick and easy. Both the pick up and return process took less than 15 minutes each. Even with my trouble with payment they found solutions and helped me work it out. 10/10

I was impressed by the demeanor of the employees seeing as it was a very busy day with a couple of rude customers. They kept calm while juggling stressed customers and backed up cars. They did a great job under pressure and took good care of me while I was there.

Pointless to make a reservation with enterprise. They will say there will be a car there at that time but you will be lucky to get one at all. I’d try another rental company

All staff(Sean,Porter and Ruben)were very kind and helpful. Location is also very convinient to rent a car, no need to go to airport. I liked the rental car as well. Recommended!

This enterprise really went above and beyond for me and my kids. The young man that helped us was named Porter. And he was just a delight to work with. Our tire had a nail in it shortly after we drove off the property. I was calling around to a number of different enterprises to see about a vehicle switch and no one at any of the locations closer to me would help out. Last resort I contacted Porter at the downtown location where we had initially gotten the vehicle , he did what it took to get us in a different safer vehicle. Thank you Porter you are a life saver and your customer service is on point! So professional, understanding, and real. It didn’t hurt that he was cute as a button either !!!
Three cheers for Porter!!! Hip Hip Horray!!!!
