As Beyoncé would say 10 10 10 across the board!!! My car was in the shop for about a month following a car accident, and I rented a car from this Enterprise location. Mario who is the manager here has excellent customer service and all around a kind person! Any question or issue I had, Mario quickly resolved it without any hesitation. If you are in the Austin area, COME TO THIS LOCATION! BEST SERVICE, BEST EMPLOYEES, AND BEST MANAGER!!

Enterprise location had zero cars at their branch when we showed up, despite reservation made days in advance, and couldn't provide a time frame as to when another car would be available.However, the rep I spoke to was kind enough to suggest if I was "that desperate" for a car, I should look into other rental options and "improve my mood" ? ?

After a long wait for a car to be cleaned, I was rented a Corolla with myriad scratches on the bumper. This would not have bothered me if the bumper had not begun falling off on the drive home. I was instructed to come back at 2:30pm 2 days later to pick up another vehicle (presumably one that isn't falling apart). It's almost two hours later and they've not sorted a new car out. Everyone here seems nice enough (with the possible exception of the duplicitous, rude person who took my call 2 days ago), but they seem overtaxed. If you're not in a hurry and don't mind being jerked around, this probably the #1 car rental facility for several blocks

There's a big guy with blond hair who works here. He is the rudest and most dismissive individual I have ever met in my life and will do absolutely nothing to help you solve any problems. Avoid this location like the plague.

Very bad experience.Telling different things daily. Reserved on phone, but when went in, declined the conversation.Put in wait list, which never materialized.Then reserved again, gave us a higher price on the phone, but when insurance called to verify, claimed they quoted high price as they didn’t want to rent to us.

One star is too many. They never answer the phone. The manger at this place called me the N word and then hung when I asked about my booking. Great bunch of people you have working over here. That Enterprise Management Trainee program is hard at work.

Great branch, great service. The people were very helpful in the process.I've been using Enterprise since over a year at Austin, and I liked this branch's services far more than any other here. It's a bit far from my place, else would totally go there again!

Been calling for 30 minutes since they opened. Every other location answered the phone. Im just trying to confirm my reservation since I made it online and enterprise has a habit of double booking. I can’t afford to not have my reservation filled on time today.But regardless, I don’t understand why no one can answer the phone for a whole 30 minutes after opening… I wish I didn’t have to deal with this location but it seems to be my only option through the insurance.Edit- although it was very frustrating not being to get into contact with anyone prior to driving up there, it worked out because they did have my reservation and I was able to get my truck repaired still from the shop down the street. Customer service was good once I was there and the vehicle I drove had no issues for the two or three days I had it.Thanks guys

Great experience at this location! I came in with a return right as the store was set to close and Davonte really went the extra mile and stayed late to get the car checked back in. High quality customer service all around!

Garbage. Website shows car booked > call for pickup > on hold for an hour, nobody answers > take an Uber there since a car is booked > "we're aware it shows a car is booked but we don't have anything :)"

Best service I've received in the US and I rent EVERYWHERE. The customer service was remarkable here. The gentleman that helped me went over and beyond my expectations! I am guaranteed to rent here again very soon. If you need a reliable rental would exceptionally great service look no further.

My review is -1000/5 this company will 100% scam you and have blamed me for other renters damages and give you the bill to pay. I rented a car from here, and the hood flew up entering the highway, I almost died without being able to see with the hood being in the way, swerved off safely to the side. I ended up dropping this vehicle off explaining the situation and was very angry that no one told me there was damage to the hood before, I talked to rachel the branch manager, rachel and she showed me a picture of a wreck that occurred where the hood was hit head on, explained to me that this will be taken care of and apologized to me. I was then asked to pay $250 before I could leave. I ended up being billed $3700 for the hood situation which was never properly or fairly taken care of. After my experience here, I have concluded that Enterprise rent a car will bill you for previous renters damages because it’s convenient for them. Will never rent a car from here again. When I disputed this bill and asked how this was investigated or handled and asked about the previous crash no one responded for weeks and still the communication is not reliable as they conveniently billed me for Al the scratches, the hood, new paint, new buffing, you name it.
